Walmart across street close to down town but in a small quiet community. Disliked no curtains on bedroom window sun blares in first thing in the morning. We stayed in the Tucan apartment

The location is great and the place was clean and quiet. It looked like there was some water damage in the back corner of the kitchen where the paint is bubbling up from the wall, but it did not feel damp and I could not smell any mildew or mold so I think it is clean. The place was almost perfect. I can only make a few suggestions for improvement. First, the pillows are very thin, and the toilet seat needs to be replaced (the current one is cheap vinyl and feels like cheap vinyl when you sit on it). Additionally, there need to be some block-out curtains, The blinds were not adequate enough to block out the street lights. However, all things considered, I would book here again. It is priced well, it is very clean, and the location is excellent.

Our place was spacious, clean and very well supplied. Highly recommend this place. It was better and more convenient than high priced rooms. Exceptionally pleased. Great value.

I have been at 3 different rooms/apartments from this site and it's way much better than staying in a hotel. It's clean and newly renovated. Love the easy check in process. Comfortable. I just hope there are darkening curtains so we can sleep in longer. It's too bright in the room even with the mini blinds. Feels like i'm still outside. Just saying to make it perfect. Thanks.

The basic studio worked well for us as the location was near to all the beaches. The unit was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

This was a nice property. The location was nice. Only about 2.5 miles from Ft Meyers beach. Across street was restaurants and Walmart. The living room had 2 reclining chairs. Would have preferred a couch or futon so 1 person could sleep there and 1 in bed. Overall I was happy and enjoyed the stay.

It was clean, had a kitchen, nice neighbours, but you need a car to the beach or go shopping. Beach parking is expensive

We loved our stay and will definitely choose the Lazy Cuckoo again when we’re in town. There’s a Walmart across the street several other major stores just a few minutes away. The beach is a short, easy drive. The apartment was adorable and quiet and instructions could not have been clearer. The only thing that threw us was that there was no oven but we found a hot plate in the cupboard. Seems every need was considered. Thank you!

I came for a week of quiet R&R. Reading and relaxation. The room was spacious and very comfortable. 20 minutes from the beach. Restaurants and shopping were all convenient and close

Fantastic place, perfect for the few days spent there! The only thing I would suggest is a bathmat in the bathroom for stepping out of the shower. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable, super happy with this stay!

This was a place to if you want just a place to stay and lay you head. It was very quiet and serene. We were up early and headed out for the day. It has some amenities that most hotels don't have. The cost was amazing for what we received. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks.

This was a great little getaway. Affordable and close to Sanibel Bridge! Highly recommend if you are looking for some peace.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. The bed was too hard, and the pillows to soft. 10 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach, thus great location.

The floor was not as clean as it should have been. No clothes hangers. No available bedding sheets to change the bedding with. Had to sleep on same shetts for 7 days.

We had difficulty finding the property in the dark, but a phone call to Frank, property manager, solved it! Frank quickly came over and directed us to the rental unit. Perhaps the owners could put a visible sign or light to indicate the location? Once inside we were totally pleased with the comfort and cleanliness! And it’s close proximity to the Key West Ferry was appealing to us

This location was great. Close to Walmart, target and lots of other shopping. It was easy to get to the beachs, restaurants and the stadium for a MN twins spring training game.We found the place very clean and quiet. Could use a shelf or two in the bathroom. Kitchen was complete with all the basics.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Only issue with the interior was toilet would not flush properly after the shower was used. Area around building was a concern when we first arrived but not issues during the stay.

Price ok it was clean but very small limited supplies no blow dryer or iron. cabinets so high couldn’t reach. Refrigerator on top of cabinet! Very small TV .. toilet paper was super thin , very few towels. Good thing it was short drive to beach!!! Not interested in staying here again

Place was very nice and clean but the walls are thin you could hear your neighbors in the middle of the night

Really convenient for a brief stay, we liked that we could walk to Walmart for supplies and there were also a few restaurants within walking distance. Beach was a short uber ride away.
