Beautiful location and amenities, property itself is very great and plenty to do in the area (state parks, kayaking, etc) and the property itself was beautiful

- Lot of confusion upon arrival saying the Ritz doesn't manage Booking.com bookings and they are "Residences" so there was some delay to get access to the room - Room itself was not completely clean, previous guests items were in there and non functioning USB/desk outlets - Room also was advertised as a "partial" ocean view and the view of the room maybe 5% of the ocean

Nice apartment, with Ritz Carlton access. Excellent service on the property grounds.

The entire property is a bit old and tired. Beach loungers and main lobby seats are in desperate need of TLC.
