I cannot recommend this place any more than by saying, I will always stay here when visiting Bisbee.
Is it a tad difficult to find? Yes.
Did an employee walk out all the way out to the road to guide us in? Also yes.
The charm of this place is off the charts. The decor, the rooms, the employees, even the other guests.
We opted for a room with the bathroom, and happy with that choice. Bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast is quaint, think more continental, but there conversations with the hosts were amazing.
TL:DR Stay here and enjoy all that Bisbee has to offer.

We booked a room at the oliver house on a whim, to be pleasantly surprised. The location is unique, comfy, and has local historical importance. I would definitely recommend booking a room at the oliver house to anybody who wants to experience the best of what bisbee has to offer.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable. Great pillows, a comfy bed and a sink. We shared the bathrooms. The breakfast was underwhelming, especially since it’s a bed and breakfast. There was some cereal, juices, milk and almond milk, instant oatmeal and packaged pastries. I would have liked some cooked offerings, or protein like boiled eggs. There are a few things that need to be fixed. The new owners haven’t been there long, and are fixing up the place. It’s a good place to stay and is going to get better. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Charming place - very relaxed; within walking distance to restaurants. Only negative was that the smoke detector decided to chirp in the middle of the night.

I was disappointed there is no continental breakfast. All the b&bs we have been to they had prepared a breakfast at a time that was convenient. There is only little box in the cereal milk orange juice and to the yogurt along with coffee. The room would have been a lot nicer if there were some historic pictures of bisbee. And it would have been very nice if there would have been some magazines on bisbee or just some reading. Overall the room was was fine the bed was very comfortable.

Stayed in room 13, Unfortunately no spirits visited, could be due to the festivities goin on, too much commotion for them. Staff were great, very personable and welcoming. Facilities are great giving the building is 118 years old. Town was awesome, great food and shops, all within walking distance. It’s Bisbee so there is a lot of uphill. Definitely planning on another weekend getaway.
To the caretaker, thank you for the hospitality, had a great time chatting on the porch.

We loved the claw foot bath tub and caretaker and his dog were both very friendly. He greeted us warmly as we arrived and was super sweet about us being late checking in.
The room was comfy and we were able to rest up. The house is charming and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was nice and light. Located close to all the good historic places we wanted to see.

Listen, this place is awesome if you are looking for a fun place to stay in Bisbee. It’s old, rooms are noisy and sparse. You can hear everything, all night long. Again, great spot for FUN but don’t plan on sleeping or any extras. More of a hostel than hotel. GREAT LOCATION!

Property captured the "Old Bisbee" vibe and is well run and very clean! Our Room 12 could use a few more flat surfaces, e.g. tables, shelves, dresser. Maybe something above the head of the bed or bedside tables for a lamp! Breakfast OK, but minimal. Maybe some more healthy choices???

Everything in Bisbee is old and funky, but the room was clean and the view was lovely out on the hillside. I don't think they should call this a "bed and breakfast" however. "Breakfast" consisted of self-serve breakfast cereal (fruit loops, e.g.) in plastic bowls, yogurts and "gogurts", juice boxes, a few pieces of fruit and a coffee machine. The hotel is for adults only, but the breakfast might have satisfied a 7 year old.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a nice selection. The Oliver house is just a short walk from downtown and has nice views of Bisbee. Parking is difficult, but that's just how Bisbee is. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the room, this way you could get ready in your room versus taking up space in a shared bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

The Oliver House is located in the heart of Old Bisbee and you can walk to many shops and restaurants in town. The property is very clean and has a cool, artistic vibe while still keeping its historic feel. The owners and caretaker were very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider the Oliver House for future stays in Bisbee.

Its a wonderful old hotel in the historic part of bisbee. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on the main street. Once you get past the fact that you will have share a bathroom with other guest, its quite nice. The host is kind and welcoming and staying here connects you with the rich history of the town.

This place is rustic and well located but mist a bit of fine tuning.A side of shared bathroom ,the soap available is cheep ,the internet is to reconsider considering that there is not TV in the room and the breakfast is very limited.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owners where very friendly, everything was very clean, and they even had a little breakfast snack station. I wasnt looking forward to shared bathrooms, but it actually worked out just fine. There was always a restroom available when needed and they where kept clean. Ive stayed just about everywhere in Bisbee and I think the Oliver House is one of my new favorites. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the top patio in the mornings.

Great spot to stay. It was a little difficult to find but I blame that on Apple Maps. Very cozy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was worried about having to share a bathroom but there was never any issues and everything was always very clean. The halls can be a little spooky at night but that really helps with the vibes and made things more fun. The view from the balcony is spectacular.

The Oliver is a very quaint little hotel. It is old so the authentic wood floors & stairs do creak but the beds are comfy. You can sit outside in multiple different areas to look at the views of the mountains. The care takers are very knowledgeable as to places to see & are overall friendly people.

First tine in Bisbee ever. I loved it. Stayed at the Oliver House. I love old creaky places. The Oliver House did not disappoint. Very quaint, the old architecture of the building was on point. The staff were super friendly. I'll be back to stay longer next time!

The building needs lots of work. The shared bathroom was closed for part of our stay. No heating in the room. Everything was too rough for the most part.

Really disappointed because we didn't see the ghost of Nat Anderson, killed by a jealous husband with a gunshot between the eyes, back in the day. Oh well. Maybe there was too much noise from the barking dog until late in the evening. Comfortable bed, had room with bath rather than the shared bath. When you're old and have to pee in the middle of the night, it helps to have the potty close by. Light breakfast with cereal and fruit provided, good coffee. Comfortable. Close to town. Parking was a bit of a walk from down below. Quaint. Bisbee is a quite the artsy town and good restaurants. Great staff. Check in/out a breeze.
