Great location close to shops and food places for meals.
The tv on the side of the room made it tricky to watch tv as needed to lie on side on the bed front facing would have been better.

Didn't meet owners but their correspondence and information was excellent. The breakfast and fruit and little chocolates were a great touch.
Only little problem might be for some people was a steep driveway at 38A to the entrance but they have 2 accomodations available.

The breakfast was extremely basic and not what we would eat. The room was basically a room in someone's house with a toilet and shower added. There was only one sink for washing up and other washing. There were lot of bits and pieces around which made storage very difficult. It was cheap and as such represented fair value.
Lack of space. Direct access from outside to indoor carpets which made them very dirty.

I found the shower a little hard to use/control and the pressure seemed to cut out after a few minutes! But other than that was a fantastic stay

I cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation. Outstanding value for money with very comfortable bed, extensive choice of continental breakfast options supplied and privacy for guests with a separate entry and parking area. Everything you need is supplied. The studio is roomy, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Hosts James and Mary are very welcoming and friendly but also respect your privacy if you just wish to access the property. The studio is roomy, better than the majority of motel rooms. If I had to chose between staying in a motel room, or at this studio I would chose the latter. Great location as well. Highly recommended.
