Clean and welcoming

Smell something strange, kind of food smell.

Staff were kind, efficient, and location was convenient.

Few German roaches, fridge was broken and froze all food, bed sheets were torn and old, tub would clog and not drain.

The location is great, right off the freeway. I can get to anywhere I need in a short drive. The staff are friendly and professional. I don't know what else to write.

I didn't like that a cockroach came crawling out from under my pillow. I also didn't like that I wasn't told clear information on where the guest laundry was located.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Room was clean and housekeeping came in each day and took care of the bathroom and changed the towels. Good location, right off the freeway and convenient for getting to the airport. Plenty of parking. Nothing fancy, but an excellent value. We would stay again.

The beds were not the best and seemed a bit worn. Bath towels were on the small side. The bathtub tap dripped and definitely should be fixed.

Easy access for the criminal element. Jacuzzi

Nothing. Manager was disrespectful. Staff was no help. Neighbors were noisy and staff blamed us
