super pretty view!!! we had two queen beds ans a bathroom, but there was a common area outside our door shared by like 3 rooms but private anouth to feel like our own, super clean had a kitchen and fridge and amazing view of whole cusco!!!! Our beds were comfy and had extra blankets if cold, our room had a cool view of house going up mountain, and easy to leave and good quiet location. also good hot water in shower is a plus!

The staff are always on call and attentive. It is not really a 'luxuty' hotel but the staff are trying to provide an quality stay. The breakfast were delivered to our room which was great and wholesome. Car parking was in a locked area directly underneath the hotel. Thee is a great minimarket across the road which also does a cheap and fast laundry service. It was obvious to us that the staff are trying to provide a quaity service. The kitchen works well and is well provisioned. Local cafes and restaurants are nearby and the main square is about a 15min walk.

Thw wi-fi was very patchy. It worked well most of the time, but during busy periods it failed. Staff were attentive to get it working.

Everything, Percy met us at the door and went over all of the rules as well as how to do everything in the apartment. He answered all of our questions, gave suggestions and gave us some amazing places to shop and eat. Very impressed and thankful.

the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. super friendly staffs and nice breakfast! Very hot water to shower if you learn the trick.

The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking. We managed to make very simple dinner at the end. The wifi is not working well at all, even at the area that supposed to have a good connection according to the staffs.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. we stayed for about 7 days and the apartment was very clean and they even cleaned/made the bed everyday if we desired. it’s close enough to the city center to walk and the neighborhood is nice and safe.

the wifi could be spotty at times but maybe it’s because we we’re on the top floor. but it was still good enough to stream so we didn’t mind it.

Big, modern apartment with plenty of space to cook, chill and sleep. The bed was very comfy, the apartment was nice and light and the breakfast that was provided was good (they even adapted it as we were vegetarians). Reception were very helpful - we got an early check in and were allowed a late check out. They even booked and paid for a taxi for us to the bus station when leaving which was a really nice touch :)

Location was a little far out of the historical centre (30 min walk), and the wifi didnt stretch to the bedroom. If a booster was installed in the property this could easily solve this issue! The staff were great and asked us if there was any improvements they could take note of, and seem genuinely keen to make this property as good as it can be!

It was exceptionally clean, big, comfy, and the staff was very kind. The location was good. We felt safe. Plus breakfast was provided. All in all it exceeded our expectations.

The only issue for us was that the hot water heater was temperamental. But we figured out how to manage it.

The apartment is spacious and It's convenient to get to all places. For example, it's only a 15-minute walk to Plaza-de-Armas. The bonus point is the laundry service right across from the apartment, it's friendly ,opens late and inexpensive.

The apartment is freezing cold, the water pressure is not very strong, and loud noises from the 1st floor. The staff did get a couple of heaters for us so that helps. Also, the loud noises stop around 10 so that's fine.

The people were very nice and helpful! You will feel at home. They take care of everything and make sure you have a nice stay. When we arrived we got coca tea and explanation about the apartment. Also the walk to the center isn't far, we felt safe in the evenings.

Sometimes noise from neighbor apartment during the day, but nothing disturbing.

Very friendly and flexible staff, attending all needs at any time. The apartment is very clean, cozy, great wifi and view. Located around 10’ walking from city centre, has shops around that help with food drinks and laundry. It’s one of the most amazing hotel that i’ve stayed in (coming from a flight attendant that stays in 5* hotels all over the world), the staff is impressive, they have anything you need and are flexible with check in and check out hours. Highly recommended if you wanna have a relaxing and stress free stay.
