This property couldn’t have been more perfect for our family vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed from the beds to the towels to the kitchen! It even had the perfect floaties and pool toys for our family. We would absolutely recommend this to any large family traveling with little children or any children! Thank you for helping to make our family vacation a huge success!

This place fit our group of 20 for Spring Break. The adults each had a bedroom and bathroom while the kids shared the loft/bunk room. The kitchen had all we needed although we didn’t do much cooking. The private hot tub was a plus while the community pool and hot tub were great too. The kids loved the X Box. It is located right next to Snow Canyon where we went on several beautiful hikes. It is close to St George restaurants and shopping. The couches were falling apart and everyone mentioned that the mattresses were uncomfortable and frames were extra squeaky, but overall we had a great time and the place was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

Love everything about this property! The bathrooms for each room was a big plus! Kids and teens had ample amount of space to hang and enjoy each other! Master bedroom on ground floor was perfect for granny not having to use all the stairs. Location to the pool couldn’t have been better! Only one downfall… the couch could be better to hang and watch movies. Other then that wonderful property!

This place was absolutely perfect for our team! The girls and us coaches loved everything about. The location was great, the amenities were outstanding, and the views were breath taking. We will look to stay here again. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and the photos accurately represented the property. Our only frustration was the parking. We had a few cars and we could not park on the street. We could only put one car in the garage because there was a basketball hoop laying down inside of the garage. One of our cars received a notice. Multiple times while we were just unloading groceries, security came and asked us to move our vehicle. Another time, security came and took pictures of our vehicles. Our entire group was quiet and respectful, yet the security stopped at our location numerous times. Thank you.

It was a great experience. Easy to book and check out. The place was clean. We loved the private hot tub, the pool across the street, and how close we were to snow canyon. We would love to stay again!

Never used Vrbo or Airbnb before, was easy to rent the property but tricky getting my information to be able to utilize my rental, that’s my only issue and that is figured out now would be easy next time.

This property is well prepared to host families small and large. If there was anything we needed, we located it quickly. From a well stocked kitchen (plenty of plates, cookware, appliances, etc), to laundry, to garage, we had everything we could need or want in this property. It was a short drive from the main part of St George, but we didn't find the drive at all prohibitive. The pool is right across the street and we used it almost daily as it was so close and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Townhome! Well supplied with all the things we needed! Private hot tub was wonderful. We stayed through a weekend and it would have been nice to reach the rental company with questions we had, but they are only M-F unless it’s an emergency.

Had a great Spring Break! The house was clean. I was impressed with all the cooking equipment. There were lots of beds and places for people to sleep. The kids had a big slumber party in the bunk bed room. The private hot tub was nice and well maintained. My only request would be for a bigger dining room table that sat 8 or more.

We arrived at the property and everything was great! The check in process was easy and the place was clean. Each of the kids were able to enjoy their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool is about a 10 second walk across the street. The kids enjoyed the private hot tub at the property. We would recommend this place to anyone and we will try to stay there again in the future.

This place has the best kitchen amenities I’ve ever seen at a rental property. Tons of dishes and high quality appliances. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Tons of extra towels for bathing and swimming. Tons of extras like pool toys, life jackets, stroller, high chair, bball hoop, and on and on!! Kids and adults will love it.
