Cleaning staff opened room without knocking, no "do not disturb" notice provided with room. Room card stopped working the second day of stay. Room has adjoining door to next room, not soundproofed. Another family was placed in the next room and could be heard entire time, it was like sharing a room, could not sleep in. Hotel was mostly vacant, common sense would be to not place guests directly next to one another.

Lovely stay! Only downsides are the walls are super thin so you can hear everything above you and next to you & the water does not get warm. But the room was very clean, came with a fridge and microwave, and was very warm

They should renovate the room and have a dining area accessible to the guests.

Perfect and affordable for my Quick lil last minute big bear trip. Perfect distance from big bear. Very nice room so glad I picked here to stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and looked like it had been remodeled recently. The staff was very friendly and warmed the room for us before we checked in. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Remodeled queen beds room was really nice and enjoyed staying there with my kids.

Newly renovated, clean and really close to Snow Valley.

Bare bones. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. The only source of heat was a space heater that did not work properly. Doesn’t seem like a space heater would be up to fire safety standards. Bed was comfy and the room decor was modern.

Very kind staff! They are still of the process of renovating but it was lovely. Once they get chairs, hooks, door mats, carpets, hangers, and those little things that make a difference this hotel will feel like home. There were a few construction issues but I’m sure they’ll work it out. Even in the midst of the remodel all was great considering. The hotel clerk was really nice and helpful! He was available 24/7 even on a holiday weekend. It was also the best price in town!

The motel is older, but for the price you can’t beat it! Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Staff was friendly. Room was better than expected. Only missing was trash bin, hangers, and table/chair that other rooms have.

The motel had a heater, microwave and refrigerator. It was reasonably priced and the manager was nice.

There was no toilet paper, toiletries and only two towels for a stay of 4 people.

I wanted a quick scape to Big Bear with the family in december, between Christmas and new year eve, inexpensive and comfortable, specially because my wife does not like cold weather. This hotel delivered, and we spend a great time

Price is good but area in front of hotel is pretty run down. Room is very basic
