The rooms were good, but there was a smell of frying coming from the kitchen
I was very disappointed. The hotel does not offer any services, not even restaurants or breakfast. For anything you need, they tell you to call a phone number that no one answers. They make no effort to be flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was professional and nice. Beach was beautiful.
Not right on ocean. It was great but barely a view of the ocean even with an ocean view room, building just a little far back.

The pool is not too big, and the bedroom and bathroom was a little small.

Very nice and clean property. Staff are super friendly. Mr. Hernandez accommodated us with an early check in. The room has everything you need for your stay. I can wait to visit this hotel again.

Floors dirty, mold smell in bathroom, heavy scent of air spray when you opened door to unit, bathroom mats very dangerous Dark brown towels!!!

You can do your own thing. Cook in or go out what ever you want.
If there is a problem you have to ring someone to sort it out, there’s no one at the front desk. There was a person just to give you your room key. The valet service was brilliant.

Everything was great, suit room is perfect for families, as it has everything you need! Clean beach is around the corner!
If only they have bath robes and a hanger for bath suits to dry, that would be great!

Lage und Strand: Die Lage war top. direkter Strandzugang über einen Steg.
Am Strand genügend Liegen zur Verfügung.
Zimmer: Zimmergröße super. Im Zimmer Handtücher + Strandtasche vorhanden. Sowie auch sonst genügend Handtücher. Bügeleisen ebenso.
Küche voll ausgestattet.
Sauber, die Einrichtung bisschen älter aber ordentlich.
Das Bett - super bequem.
Parken: Parkservice sehr schnell.
Essen: 20min Gehstrecke vom Hotel entfernt super Frühstückslokal (Dorrens joy).
Keine Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Wasser und sonstige Dinge die man braucht eventuell früher besorgen.

The beach
The walk to the beach. Waiter at side bar added a Chardonnay to my bill and we only ordered water. Very shady. Next day we asked to use bathroom on our way to beach and he said bathroom for "Members" or people who eat lunch. So I have to eat lunch everyday at bar to use bathroom. UNACCEPTABLE!

The smell in the kitchen as soon as I entered the room. It smelled of stale soup or something that had burned on the stove. It was very pungent

This is my 2nd time staying here, my first, 3 yrs ago. The property is clean. Plenty f towels. We all loved the shower, water pressure was amazing! The views were incredible, location cannot be beat. Valet was friendly and fast. Cheryl was great to work with when doing my booking.
I did not know that with the management change, also affected amenity access. No more towel service on the beach which resulted in us having to hang them all over the apt or around the balcony. No more food and drink service beachside…although we could still walk up to the restaurant. No more daily service for the rooms! We were walking around with our trash and no one seemed to know where to direct us. So all the amenities i thought were top notch before were not accessible this time. The sofa mattress in this unit as well as all the mattresses have seen better days. Again, I am comparing it to my previous stay.

Excelente la atención del personal tanto en la recepción como en la playa y el valet todos muy atentos y dispuestos a solucionar una consulta. Muy linda la playa tranquila sin ruidos y enorme. La verdad es que pasamos unos días increíbles

The property felt like a resort and the staff was exceptional. One text away from anything I needed and even the landlord of the room was very kind when I had to call.
Literally nothing, I liked everything. I would love the pool to stay open a little later but that’s just me. I was able to go to the beach at night just fine and it was amazingggggg!

We loved our stay, convenient, lovely, and comfortable. Perfect combination of an elegant and simple stay. The spacious suite style rooms with kitchen make for a perfect getaway with kids.
Beach was beautiful and it’s perfectly located in Marco Island
