The place was cozy and very strategically located, with the mall just across the building, a 7/11 and a restaurant downstairs. We were also able to go on morning walks around the area which was great. As for the utilities, we initially didn't have a hot shower but the owner got it fixed for us and there were also cooking wares available (the microwave was under maintenance but he provided alternatives such as the rice cooker and Multi-Purpose cooker). We had a mini fridge and basically everything that we needed to make our short stay as homely as possible. Most of all, we were happy with the owner's customer service, he was so hands-on and hospitable so when our plan changed, we didn't hesitate to extend our stay for another night. We definitely got our money's worth and we now have a place to come back to if we ever need to visit again.
