We had such a good time staying here. We would love to come back soon! Everyone had a great night sleep in comfortable beds and there was plenty of space to cook and fellowship in the beautiful open plan main floor. The sunset over the view of the lake as we enjoyed the two back decks was amazing. And of course swimming in the pool and hot tub and playing ping pong were just icing on the cake!

The house worked out perfect for our family. It was great having king size beds in most of the bedrooms. The outside deck was a good size and gave added space for us to hangout. We had a problem with the main TV, would not connect to WiFi. I notified the management and they came to fix it, but still did not have access to the YouTube channel as advertised. We had to use our own TV streaming services, not a big deal. We could have used more storage space in the kitchen, such as a pantry area. They had extra dishwashing soap, pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc, which made it nice to keep things clean. They had beach towels to take to the pool, another simple, but added bonus. Super nice and clean. You will enjoy your stay. I would rent from these owners again.

This property was perfect for our 14 person vacation group which consisted of our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren from 6 months to 11 years old. I loved that all of the adults had a king sized bed and their own bathroom. The home was spotless and had all the ammenties we needed to make several meals there. The Blackstone grill was woderful. We were close to a boat launch and also to the state marina for a pontoon rental. We were also close to Branson and Siver Dollar City so it felt like everything was a covenient drive away but we were not in the middle of the crowds and congestion of the strip. The check in process was simple and the room was ready on time.
We were given a contact person for any needs or problems but everything was great so we didnt need to contact them. The pool was large enough that although it was busy, it didn't seem crowded and he kids loved the slude. everything wasaway but

Awesome communication. So much space. Nice and clean. Loved that the pool was so close and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The view of the water from the deck was great.

The house was great! We wished there was lake access closer though. The public access is over a mile away from the house. The kitchen was well stocked (there was even an instant pot!) and the bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner. The pool was fun even though it was very busy at times.

We loved this place and the decor. It is deceiving from the outside of the size. Had great amenities. Everything needed was provided. Warning of sensitivity of smoke alarm. Set it off while cooking sausage. Great time. Pool and splash pad nice and convenient to unit. Housekeeping should check propane tank. It was on when we went to use it. Thx!

The manager was very helpful. We ran out of propane and coffee maker quit working. The manager was there in minutes to bring us fresh propane bottles and a new coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

This was an amazing place, location, ease of access, parking, the size and arrangement of the rooms. Even the communication with owner and manager was extremely awesome. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, so breathtaking. Everyone in my family raved as this wàs the best trip ever.

This house was great. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Great location, we were 20 min at most from anything we wanted to do. The ping pong was a great family competition too.

We wanted a place that would accomodate our family reunion (5 siblings and spouses). The house was perfect! It had 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so each couple had a separate bedroom and bathroom. There were 2 living areas plus 2 patios so we had plenty of room to spread out. The group really enjoyed the wooden ping pong table with a lot of competition and laughter. The group also enjoyed the hot tub. We really utilized the kitchen area (it was well stocked) and we cooked all our meals at the house. The grill was perfect for a big breakfast!!
Adam was a wonderful host and communication was great. Reasonable price and good location. We would highly recommend!

We could not have found a better place to stay while in Branson!! It was modern, luxurious, comfortable, extremely clean, and the host and manager were excellent with communication!!!!! They immediately corrected a broken soap dispenser. Brittany was easy to contact and quick to respond!
We will stay again!
