Always good communication from the general manager. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Only thing that could be resolved is access to apps on the television

Before I arrived I received a call from Jay who had upgraded my room. I liked the view because it was upstairs and looking out onto the main road. You didn't get much road noise unless you opened the window. It was a nice touch with the welcome note. Entry was quick and easy. A brilliant idea. I had such a great stay and hope to come back again. Everything was perfect, better than what I expected especially the shower. There were a lot of amenities within walking distance.

I stay away all week all over the uk and stay in a wide range of hotel/ apartments, but booked this for a weekend away with my wife - fantastic, High quietly, very clean and far better than the cost would intermate.... i pay twice as much normally for same quality. Thank you hotel.

I loved this place, just what I'm looking for on my travels. Well maintained, clean and ample facilities for self catering. Bedding was great quantity and comfortable. Parking was easy and outside seating area is a bonus. Not too far for shops and other amenities. Have cancelled my upcoming stay at a hotel in the area and booked here instead. Looking forward to visiting again.

The lack of a reception meant I had to spare time to email ID and pay deposit. Woken up by coupling arguing next door, no answer when phoning the 24hr contract number, got a text reply about 45 minutes later. Promised partial refund but this is not been issued as of yet 10 days later

Amazing hotel. Lovely ambience. Everything clean and comfortable. Beautiful comfortable bed.

Third and fourth stay at this property. Always great communication from the property general manager. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the beds are always very comfortable. A communal kitchen is available should you wish to use it.

Nice property but no onsite staff. Modern, clean, tidy and convenient. Would stay again but would feel much safer if staff were present.

The hotel was nice and clean and quiet However when i booked it through hotels.com there was no memtion that the hotel wasnt manned.During my stay the beds were not made, towels changed or drinks facilities replaced. This lets it down as the rooms were excellent and beds were comfy.

This property was perfect for a one night stay. All manner of convenience, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, takeaway cups. Beautifully furnished and we even had a balcony. Very convenient for local towns and shops.

Lovely accommodation. Great facilities and convenient to local shops and an Asda supermarket and petrol station. No 1 choice for when I am in the area.

This hotel is EXACTLY what I look for in a hotel! Keyless entry so no keys/cards to try to remember or not lose... Self check in so there's no cut off for check in times. The pillows are the plumpest I've seen in years of hotel stays. There's a travel mug available to take your tea/coffee with you. The cutlery is an added bonus compared to other hotels as it means you can get a takeaway if needed. The rooms themselves are spacious too. The only negative was inside tbe building was hot but there are fans in the room which again is perfect fob me as I prefer a fan over AC when I'm in the UK.

The property is nicely decorated, I did not realize it was an un-manned property and had a problem with the code getting in, this was rectified easily with help from the manager with a telephone call. Good value for money. Unfortunately bring at the entrance room1, as others entered and left the entrance door banged, ( maybe a sign could be put on the door to say, avoid door banging by closing gently) this was a bit annoying, the room next door needs some sound proofing. Overall a nice boutique experience.

Clean lovely place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed and really love the ease for which is it managed. Jay, the general manager, was great with his communication and very accommodating. The room, number 8, itself is a great size with a modern bathroom.

Fabulous accommodation beautifully presented and very well equipped. Fridge microwave tea and coffee making facilities bathroom also amazing. I was upgraded without charge. And helped with a call and messages when I struggled with the door code entry. Off road parking available as well. Quiet location very close to main road. Pub and shops within 5-10 minute walk.

This little boutique hotel is a real gem. Please do not be put off by any photos on Google maps, as I was. This property has clearly been recently converted from a pub, but I was not prepared for the quality of the building work carried out. Once inside, you would never know its former purpose. The entrance was very welcoming, warm and spotlessly clean. It was also extremely secure. Our room was on the ground floor and when we opened the door, we were literally gobsmacked. Every detail was perfect and actually felt like a very expensive hotel. The smallest of details were well thought out, even down to a little personal welcome message. The host was communicating with us via Whatsapp regularly and promptly. (They also tried to call, but I missed it). Whatever may be missing from your room, and I can't think of anything, there is a large, well equipped communal kitchen with a patio area also on the ground floor. If I ever need to visit this area again, I know where I will be staying.

We have stayed here multiple times. It is always a great experience.

I’ve used this place a few times, its location is great and it’s very modern, well decorated and comfy. The rooms are week done out and are equipped with fridges and microwaves and there’s a central kitchen with an oven and toaster and hob to use with a washer and dryer. It’s excellent and your minutes from Morrisons, Wetherspoons and the town centre and there’s free parking. It’s essentially a large house split into about 16 flats.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. Fast wifi, fridge in the room, nice rooms, decent parking, good shower.
