The space is well proportionated, the owner divided one apartment in 2 a did an adequate job. You do not have a living room, but the bed room is spacious and well illuminated it has a nice smart tv. The kitchen is small but well equipped it even has washing machine. The shower is nice as has good pressure.

For me the higiene is paramount and when I was being delivered the key I realized thet the bed sheets were not clean and even what it looked like food in them. I immediately pointed this out and the sheets were replace. But later I realized the the fridge was also unclean and the freezer was disgusting. The washing sponge was largely over due for a replacement and the overall cleanliness of the place was subpar. I contacted the host and he apologised saying that the previous guests left the apartment ina terrible state. I then pointed out that this was not my problem and he should have made sure that everything was in proper conditions before he delivered the apartment to me. He once again apologised and promised to resolve the situation and even asked for suggestions on how to improve. I gladly made some minor suggestions, like having napkins, pot holders and some other details that were missing in the apartment that I felt that would improve the impression of the guests, underlying the importance of higiene. The host promptly ignored the suggestion, doing the absolute minimum to correct the situation he sent someone to clean the freezer and replaced the sponge, somehow it seems he was doing me a favour. The apartment has good potential but misses most marks, higiene being one of the major one. It does not have air-conditioning and in the summer months it's very hot. The neighbourhood is not one of the nicest ones, it's fairly close to the city center about 20 min walking. The hole experience was very disappointing and the price it's too high specially when compared with other places I have stayed in the same price bracket or lower. Would not repeat the experience.

El alojamiento era muy acogedor, limpio, bonito, buena ubicacaion y la atención fue espectacular.

Todo estaba perfecto no había nada malo.
