The hotel is newly renovated and the room facilities are new. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. Its near the church, SM and Ayala malls.

Courtesy among staff needs improvement. I arrived earlier than usual check-in time exhausted from my flight. I requested politely if the room is available, the immediate response from the reception was “you have to pay 100 per hour” with no other explanation nor empathy. I didn’t had any issues with other hotels and i told the receptionist that it was absurd! Some kind of hospitality wasn’t it? I was kind of disappointed the reception is not welcoming at all. having travelled the entire archipelago and any guest would feel their checking in a cheap motel. Avoiding untoward scenario, i left my bag, went somewhere, and came back at 2. Buti na lang may lounge sa SM City.
