Everybody was super friendly had a heated outside pool and they had it covered and even the maintenance guy that took off the cover for us was super friendly and turned on the gas fire pit for us and right across is a fast food chicken place and it was good and also top golf is right there.

The bar was not good at all. Boring as hell for a hotel next to TopGolf.
I think that’s the problem, all the real socializing is at TopGolf and not at this hotel.

VERY nice property. Very clean and new with everything being well thought out and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. They have a great little lobby with a small bar, coffee and food. Staff was great.

This is the third time we have stayed in the Presidential suite. It’s close to Kalispell and we don’t mind the drive to Glacier from here. I will say that the noise from the elevator takes some getting used to while trying to sleep. We also had a big storm and power outage, but that’s no fault of the hotel. Staff is always helpful. We will stay again!

Initial impressions were great but it went quickly downhill from there. The property looks new and modern. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, the bed was uncomfortable; the freeway noise was constant; the food was just, Ehh. The worst part was that our room was only cleaned once in the four days we were there(I asked the staff twice to make sure it would be done). On the fourth evening I had go to the front desk and get fresh towels. Not the end of the world but I expected, and paid for, better service than that.

It was great, minus the housekeeping missed the dirty linens on the fold out couch when making up the room. They promptly brought fresh for us. Great pool for kids, comfy beds ands pillows, wonderful breakfast with lots of options! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay there, clean and remodeled. The only problem was the floor on the 4th floor was very weak. We had someone upstairs above us were so loud, we could hear everything plus more (we were on the 3rd floor). Otherwise, hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good daily.

Such a nice comfortable place. Our room was spic and span clean! The staff was so nice. The really great thing was the breakfasts in the morning. A lot of different breakfast items - quality items too, not just a few sweet rolls etc. you won't go hungry I assure you. I wish we had used the pool but didn't have time. Oh and there was a bar too that was open till 11:00 a big plus !! We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Meridian.

It was a very nice room. With very lovely services. But we have a rather larger fanily and love having a good breakfast on our trips to start our day. Breakfast was not our favorite here. Everything else was lovely. But we will not be going back. There lack of food options was frustrating. The system was disjointed with guests sort of running into one another for forgotton items. Most items were out of reach for children who wish to be independent and get their own. It just felt so lacking when everhthing else in the hotel was so nice.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to wedding venue that we attended and dining options. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Love the Hyatt hotels. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was Amazing. One thing I would say could make the stay beteer. Pool hours later with kids and summer months. 10 is so early.

I booked because I am not much of a breakfast eater but my husband is. If we stay in a hotel with breakfast we save $50 a day. This was not the breakfast I expected. They had warm eggs, soggy potatoes, canned fruit with some fresh oranges and apples cut up and melon. Not fresh. I am spoiled staying at a Sheraton that offers an amazing breakfast. Will not spend $275 a night for such bland food. Staff was very friendly and appreciated being tipped.
