The helpful staff. The location is good. Calm. Not noisy. Affordable price.
The water disruptions due to malfunction pumps.

Breakfast is a very simple breakfast with nasi lemak, fried noodles or fried bee hun, with sunny side up fried egg, coffee or tea, and sirap, with toast bread. 2 types of kueh. I booked 5 rooms 3 for my sibling and 2 for my family. paying RM50 for an extra mattress per night per pax. back to nature. At night time the resort is cooling surrounded by all the forest. Not too dark when it comes to nighttime. the resort is bright up with surrounding lights. The staff are all friendly.
loud noise from the water pump. floors are oily and black. The water heater not working well due to the power supply not being supplied enough because fully booked. Pool water is supplied from the waterfall but due to the pool flooring are not cleaned and vacuumed daily water looks dark. Could improve better in the future. TV is provided but not usable due to wifi being very weak. Out of 5 rooms that I booked one room had no TV and the other room's TV was spoiled by other guests. Be careful of red ants on the sand at the campsite and parking lot. We got beat by the ants. LOL

Beautiful place. Selesa, aircond sejuk, breakfast nasi lemak sedapp but tak banyak pilihan. Suasana yang tenang and nyaman sgt. Tqsm lilla rainforest!
Malam td ada bunyi speaker dkt dewan makan sampai pagi. Cadar kurang bersih :(

I WOULD RATHER LIKE IF POOL AREA IS FULLY TILES AND BECOME MORE SAFETY FOR CHILDREN. IF YOU DON'T MIND, SEPARATE POOL AREA FOR KIDS AND ADULT.

The cleaniliness of the unit we stayed should be upgraded. The room itself got mouldy smell, tv not functioning and the bathroom got clogged.

Staff were very friendly.
Rooms were small and noisy with water pump running each time someone used water. One room has no TV (only bracket); and one room water heater not working. Bathroom is always wet with water not flowing out.

Die Lage mitten im Dachungel war einfach großartig und das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen wer sie Mazur liebt

Balinese concept with a nice view and kids love the place. They have slide, river and also tent to hang up.
Just to improve finishing touch such as certain rooms have issues with the water pump and to improve the sliding climb area which is a bit muddy, and breakfast choices.

The Front desk , En.Azizi is a very good and kind person.. He handled everything with polite and helpful to my family.. me & husband are so happy with our stay here.. will come back for sure!

1. Room furniture was new, enough space for 2 people, bathroom was big, quite cheap compared to other resort.
2. The landscape, decoration, small river stream in front of the room.
3. Quiet at night, maybe because it’s monday night and i’m the only customer.
4. I didn’t expect they prepared breakfast for me because i’m the only guest on 20/11 (monday). Breakfast was good enough with nasi lemak, bihun singapore, 2 types of kuih, coffee and tea.
1. The pool floor. I can feel mold/sediment under my feet maybe because the water source was from nearby river. Need to be filtered. I only spend my time at the stream.
2. Room waste bin is small, outside the room and when i open it, the previous trash was still there.
3. Toilet at the lobby area need to be clean up.
4. The price in booking.com was RM 113.40 but actually when i pay at the resort, the price was RM 131.45. Luckily it’s the difference was only RM 18.

New hotel resort at hulu langat! with Biggggggg poolllll river with water slide! upon check in, the receptionist inform us We are the first family check in to the resort and they give us free breakfast for while family! The staff also so nice! I request 1 extra bed, they give us without any charges! we really had a great weekend here! quite and peacefull, definitely will come again! Thank You! I love everything about the resort.
I have got nothing to complaint. I’m soo happy staying here with my family! 🤗
