The location was great, but that’s about it.

The room was dirty. There was sand in the bed (not from us) the floors had hair and dirt all over them. There was hair on the shower walls. We were pretty shocked. It almost looked like someone came in, changed the towels and just remade the bed with the sheets from the previous person.

We have stayed here many times over the past several years. Of course this is a premium location.

I understand there is new ownership - it does not appear to us that the same standards are in place - our room smelled dank and musty and it appears you now use cheap sheets and pillows. The crisp updated concept is getting lost. We also couldn’t help but notice the tiny tv - ridiculous for what is paid. While it may seem like a little thing, the little touches like the breakfast baskets or breakfast from the lemon bar with the bracelets that identified us a guest, is what made guests feel special, and that was taken away…I’m not sure we will be back.

Everything. We have stayed here before decades ago. We love that you are right at the beach. You can walk to all the shops & restaurants. Service was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Love our oceanfront balcony view. ❤️❤️❤️

There is nothing negative.

Can't beat the view, and the price! Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and the location was pretty awesome. Easy parking, walkable to restaurants & shops, and steps from the sand. Perfect!

Although there have been some renovations, the room and buildings are clearly pretty old and weathered. It was clean, but rust is rust, and could use a full gutting and overhaul. But, I realize this would also drive to price up. It's great for what it is- a budget friendly place to stay right on the beach.
