El hotel está muy bien ubicado , a tan solo 3 cuadras de la playa y cerca de todo , cuenta con un servicio de brunch extendido muy amplio del cual podés desayunar y almorzar. Las habitaciones están bien son amplias y cómodas , el personal super amable y predispuestos siempre, sin dudas es una opción que volvería a repetir , precio/ calidad súper recomendable

Que no tenga ducha fija que es la manguera móvil colgada Pero es un detalle pequeño eso

Tirábamos las toallas al suelo para que nos las lavasen y pasaban ,las volvían a colgar sucias.

Honestly this place exceeded my expectations. I booked it as it was the cheapest place on a last minute decision to go for some party in Mallorca. Room is big and modern, you have sofa and balcony if you want to bring some company. Pool is amazing and breakfast blew my mind. Huge buffet with everything you could think of, which stays open until 13:30. That's genius and all other 5 star hotels can hige. Congratulations and mucha gracias!

Room has no cutlery.

Property cancelled last minute and failed to communicate at all. I have not received any replies via email or booking.com chat. They do not answer the phone.

The breakfast was good enough with a decent variety. It has all the extras we need (A swimming pool, a gym) and a comfortable lobby area for anyone to relax in. The staff were accommodating and nice. The location was amazing - Nearby there were many shops for groceries, Supermarkets, restaurants, fast food chains, and a beautiful sandy beach (10 min walk). Also, the public transport bus that takes you to the airport stops at a bus stop near the hotel (10-minute walk) - the hotel is about a 25-minute drive from the hotel so very good location for families. The 2 rooms we booked were good sizes, both of our rooms had a double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people (so in one room booking, 4 people can sleep there comfortably). As a black traveller, I always worry about experiencing racism when travelling around Europe but i can say all staff members were very nice, the locals were very nice and welcoming and there are all different types of people from all walks of life working at this hotel and visiting the area.

I thought there was an indoor pool but there wasn't (maybe I was wrong to believe there was one). We weren't allowed floats in the pool (even for the kids) despite parts of the pool being very deep (about 1.7m deep) - for this reason, I didn't feel like the kids were safe in the pool, especially if they can't swim (there was a lifeguard nearby at all times but still, I would have felt better if the children at least can use floats). Bare in mind that its night life area, so there are many young brits on holiday and staying at this hotel. at night time they were occasionally very loud and drunk (one guy even came to my door very drunk during the night which was scary seeing that i was with kids by myself).
