Very new and clean. Location is excellent

Clean modern room. TV was in an odd place . We were on the second floor, we could hear people walking above us and what sounded like rolling their luggage across the floor. Could have been bad if it continued late at night. The smoke detector had a flashing light on it that was annoying. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast. Food was good but service wasn’t the best. Didn’t refill coffee (but there’s a coffee station across from the restaurant so no big deal. Forgot our orange juice.

Wonderful new hotel. Great location and service.

We were very impressed with this hotel! The rooms are beautiful! We had a balcony which was lovely except there should be partitions between the balconies to ensure privacy. The restaurant was amazing and all the servers were very friendly and gave excellent service.

Nice new hotel that tries to be cutting edge but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to layout of the property and the rooms. Front desk staff actually turned us off with the lack of personality and handling of customers. Placing the room tv on the wall to the side of the bed - really!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and well appointed. Restaurant food and service was excellent for dinner. We ate outside on the deck. Also enjoyed sitting by the lake firepit.

Clean, new hotel located a little off street.

For the most part, our stay was pretty great. A few things to note; room service will be at request only and you will need to let them know as early as possible. We had breakfast here and it was decent and I believe it was decently priced. However, the orange juice was watered down, but the eggs benedict and breakfast tacos made up for the underwhelming juice. The mattresses need some work. I was really surprised at how uncomfortable these beds were for being such a newer facility. Or maybe I am just getting old and need a little support. The worst part of our trip was on our last day. It was approximately 0915 hours and a cleaning lady entered our room, and not at the request of myself, or my partner. I was in the shower and my partner was sleeping, thankfully he awoke to catch her entering our room, but we had no idea why since check out was not until 1100 hours. My partner had called down to the front desk to confirm that 1100 hours was in fact check out. Overall, things had gone smoothly up until our last morning at the location.

New, clean, and comfortable hotel! Nice rooms, comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool. Is about a 15-20min walk to downtown Lake Placid but hilly.

Great location!

Did not like the fact that the person was loud and woke us up the two mornings that we were there; with talking loud and swearing and had everyone coming to their room. this was at 6am 6:30am both mornings, and we went to complain and see what could be done the first day. But nothing was done. it was like a revolving door at that room, people entering and leaving and the door slamming constantly. As well you could hear the water from the other units going through are walls all night. I do not know if the main drain went through our room; but it was loud.

Loved everything about this place !!! You should install solar lights along the road leading up to the property!!!

Perfect for family! With laundry option, beautiful pool and gym and great surrounding area with lake and boating option.

The hotel is new and very pretty. Lobby and restaurant and outside dining were very nice. Our room was lovely. The beds were comfortable. Pillows, sheets and mattress were just as I like. Bathroom and shower were great. View and balcony were a plus. The only problem was, the room was noisy. The ac made noises even when not on. The mini fridge was noisy. Could hear people in the hallway during the night and another noise we think was a c-pack machine running all night.
