Very nice place to stay in my opinion. Room was nice and comfortable and breakfast also quite good. Hotel also had a exceptionally good sauna/bathing area (had e.g. jacuzzi, salt room and steam room). Staff also nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay in here.

Everything was exelente specially the staff from reception, Martin, Andrew,Karolina and the others.

No fan or AC but I opened the window and sleep well. Maybe the cups in the room bigger.

The location was great -near activities. The staff was extremely helpful. Great breakfast. Parking good. Price good. Very clean and well-kept. Beautiful building with nice porches.

Wheelchair access was difficult but doable since my wife can manage a reasonable number of stairs. More electrical outlets for charging would be nice.

staff were lovely very helpful. Facilities (sauna, hot tub etc.) were incredible to have after a day of Skiing. Breakfast was also nice

went in peak season so was a bit pricey for a two person room. Shower also needs renovating, shower head didn’t work well and there were a few leaks. However the one in the spa was lovely!

The location was good, close to center. it’s a small town, you can to everywhere. the room was clean.

The single bed was very small, (and then I’m a small girl) couldn’t sleep very well (for three nights!) because a barley fitted. the fridge in the room, it sounded like sleeping next to a big loud machine. had to unplug it, too noisy. also, breakfast was quite poor, and staff seem to know very little about the hikes in the area.

it had old furniture, the moquette was stained amd we couldn’t dry our clothes because there was not heating in the room ( yes it was august but there were 15 degrees and it rained a lot)

Breakfast starts at 8.00 or even 8.30. So my hiking plans were affected.

very friendly staff. We loved the place so much, that we decided to extend our stay. Lady at the reception was ultra helpfull. Beds and rooms are spacious and in very goid condition. This place from now, definitely will be our favourite place in Zakopane.

Breakfast was very good with fruits and desserts. Cozy and clean apartments. The location is pretty nice: the bus stop is across the street, close to the center. Free Parking.

The location is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised how good the beds were and the breakfast was great.

The facilities of sauna and jacuzzi

Staff was quite nice and the location isn’t too far from Krupowki.

Our door was broken, we couldn’t lock it. The SPA was quite dangerous, the floor was very slippery. The TV in our room didn’t work either.

The apartment is in the very beautiful environment of Zakopane town, an easy, 10 min walk from the city centre. The residence is perfect, the room is clean and comfy and there is a huge wellness area with a jakuzzi, sauna, steam bath, a salt room, and also some training equipments. They try to schedule people seperately to keep the wellness experience private, if possible. At first night we were only two of us. The breakfast is also good, there is a big variety of cold meat, cheese, pastry. Overall, we were totally satisfied, I recommend this place.

The table and chairs in the room were a bit small compared to a size of a person.

I would recommend Dom Wczasowy Grań to buy a coffee machine for breakfasts
