House was great, very convenient to WEC. Rooms were a good size especially the master. Clean and actually nicer than pictures showed.

The location and overall layout of the house is great; especially for families! Jess was very responsive.
However, when we arrived there were "clean" dishes in the drain and the kitchen counters had not been wiped down. The carpeted areas were in need of a major vacuuming. The bathrooms were passable, but grimey on the edges. All walls need to be painted, a through cleaning is needed on all surfaces from ceiling to floor, and there were lights out in both bathrooms.The only living room lamp was unusable and there were no other lamps in the living room. The garage door is in major need of repair/replacement. The yard is in need of a mowing and cleanup; especially in the backyard. Also, the fence needs a good power washing.

This home was everything we expected, with exception of a few minor maintenance things noted to the owner at check in time. He said these will be fixed immediately. The bedrooms were sufficient for all 4 couples in the family. The beds were comfortable. The rear bedroom with the sleigh bed, could use a dresser and a 2nd night stand. The front bedroom with the twin beds also could use a dresser. The kitchen was very useable, adding a toaster or toaster oven would be useful. The fenced back yard was adequate for our pets to romp around in. This was a Great home for our large family to gather for Christmas.
