+ perfect location to enjoy Johns Pass free parking and good internet Spacious rooms for 2 Refund due to storm was provided quickly - No office on site, so when the tv screen went blue, multiple calls and reports via maids and security resulted in no resolution. Microwave plate had old dried cheese? food debris on it. Bathroom threshold loose, potential tripping risk.

When I arrived at the gate I mistake by telling the last four phone number incorrect and when I called the next day they said they can’t reset it so I have to pay for parking $35. It should be easy to fix when I was able to called and talk to the representative over the phone. First and last time staying at this hotel

My parents had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and they were very happy except there wasn't any hot water for their showers

It was easy to find when we got there and did not have to worry about the front desk.

I would give this a 4 star rating but the property was nice and easy to access. My only issue was the bathroom didn’t have a lock on the door, so anyone in the room could walk in if they weren’t paying attention. Other than that it was a nice little room. Very easy to walk to all the stores and beach access. Would stay here again.

Great location! It is right in the middle of John’s pass.

This was the first time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last. We honestly didn’t even know there was a hotel! But it was clean and obviously so close to food and shopping. We parked once and didn’t have to drive again till we left. The housekeeping and mgmt went above and beyond when they let us know that we left my husband’s backpack in the room. They kept it safe for us until we could return later that everyone get it.

the shower didn't have any shelves for your personal items,had to put on shower floor,the shower doors gasket didn't line up right,so the water was all over the floor when you take a shower.

Did not receive parking instructions and had to call desk to get directions and code. Had not received check on instructions by the time I arrived. Directions to the room were vague and signage was poorly marked. Room was nice, quite and clean.

Well to start we did not get the code for the room until an hour and a half after Check in. Then we spent 30 min looking for the room. They failed to notify us it was in a separate building across the street! I was extremely disappointed! The room was spacious but had some flaws. There was no security lock from the inside like a chain or extra bolt, no comforters just sheets, no rung/mats so sand was everywhere. Also the property did not have anywhere to rinse the sand off you feet even a hose would do. Location is great and lots of food options. Not noisy which was shocking to me.

I like the easy pin code check in process but I was not able to speak with anyone about parking and didn’t know How to get pre approval to park overnight in the garage and also pay 35.00 for the night! Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

Good location

Location was great, rooms however were very small. And the fact you couldn’t get wash rags on a daily basis was pretty pathetic.

Terrible communication upon hotels check-in process but once at unit it turned out to be a great! Spacious, clean, and loved the location.

Great location if you enjoy John's Pass. You can walk to the beach by going under the bridge. Very quiet!!!! Two issues! The toilet paper holder was broken. NO toilet seat cover. Found that unusual. Never been in any hotel or home without one. Only in public restrooms. I'm surprised they would go the cheap way out. This hotel is well-built.

Stayed at Johns pass for 2 nights it was good didn't realize it was that close to the boardwalk so that was nice. Was a little worried about the code entry to the room and the parking garage got the e mail but had to call for the parking code which was my phone # that saved $20/night compared to other hotels. So looking at the picture there are about 10 rooms on that second story above the shops there's prob another 10 being renovated. The parking garage is right behind the rooms so easy access for luggage. The doors open outward and the bed is right there the room was nice the shower great thought we would have housekeeping to replenish never saw any housekeeping so I don't know how that works. Beach is a couple of minutes away restaurants all around not noisy surprisingly. Only negative floor dirty so had to keep washing my feet if barefoot and under bed dusty and fresh towels and coffee supplies would have been great but otherwise would stay again

It was good. Room was basic but clean. It was a little congested with the parking and being a busy area. First day of taking showers, great. Day of leaving went to take a shower and no hot water. Still a nice place to stay!

We arrived at place which is very hard to find, did not have a password to enter rooms. Or did not have no room, after 45 minutes of trying with us unless machine's, we went and booked another room.

We had no issues. Simple easy check-in. Close, secure, garage parking. (which is a huge plus at Johns Pass) The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there anytime we visit.

Great location

Amazing Property above Johns Pass, shopping-bars-dinning. No front desk, easy code access to room after 3-4pm and free parking in parking garge on level 3 makes this an awesome choice. People who are complaning probally should just stay home, this is an awesome location, love the price with free parking and digital access and easy #to call to get code and parking. Rooms clean and big and right above all the action and party.

We found this gem our second time to Madeira Beach and fell in love. It’s not right on the beach but it is within a 2 minute walk and has views of the bay. It is our go to every time we book a trip. Love it! Everything, including dolphins, are right at your doorstep!

Great location, many restaurants

Place was amazing. Located in John Pass. Many stores, restaurants and business for jet ski dolphins watching snorkeling sunset. Fishing less than 1 minute walk and beach is less than 2 minute walk away.

Nice stay. Only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to check in.

Location was good. Parking was good.Disliked that the window blinds didn’t completely cover windows and no toilet seat cover ?

It was very confusing to find the actual room. There was not very good signage. Parking was confusing to navigate from the car to the room. The TV was difficult to navigate channels. The shower does not have any safety bars. There was too much white light in the room. The lamps were never completely off, there was always a dim light from each bedside lamp. There were 3 colored lights on the ceiling over one side of the bed. The thermostat was always lit up as well as the wall air condition unit. I did not see the voicemail offering the phone # for assistance. Something should be posted in the room regarding 24 hour assistance. None of the elevators were working for the duration of our stay which was most inconvenient when carrying luggage and packages.
