The bed was super hard and made all kinds of noise. The hotel had all kinds of transients around and drug deals going at all hours of the night. The room next to us would be yelling then banging on the wall. The window had blinds which didn’t block and sunlight. Towels had what looked to be place pubic hair on them , or they weren’t washed and we’re just folded and put back on the rack.

We stayed here with our family. It is way too noisy the area around It is very unsafe. Limited options for food. You are pretty far away from everything.

Everything was nice except the bed. It was very low and uncomfortable, I think we were assigned the handicap room. Otherwise, very clean, liked the kitchen and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Good stay! Very clean and orderly

At check-in we received a room and key that someone else was in. There was a guy naked in bed.. the lady at the check-in desk gave us 233 and not 223.. once we got the the correct room it smelt of cigarettes and air freshener. Beds were ok, the handle of the fridge was sticky. Walls are really thin.

Seems to be a relatively new hotel. Plenty of convenient parking and great location, providing easy access to the surrounding area. GM Neven was very helpful, and gave suggestions to a first-time visitor to the Phoenix area for things to do during the stay.

This property was VERY noisy. There was traffic all evening which I understand can not be helped. Maybe think bout upgrading the windows...There were also a couple of sketchy people around the parking lot. I was able to get a close enough spot but I am travelling alone. I did not get any sleep. I drove 6 hours from California to leave at 8 am extremely tired and another 4 hours to drive and paid 190.00. Very disappointing. The only saving grace was the night guest service rep. Very friendly did an outstanding job.

Nevin, is the best. He absolutely made sure that my adult children were taken care of while I was still in New Orleans worried sick about them relocating to Phoenix. Nevin, was helping for the whole 2 weeks. Once my husband and I arrived Evelyn took care of us, she also tried to find another hotel for us to stay at until our apartment was ready. See the dilemma was that the NCAA is in town and everything is either sold out or too high. But she tried. Thank you Nevin, Evelyn and staff

Good option for anyone that wants a clean and good price option for the greater Phoenix area. Room was clean and updated. Do not expect usual amenities though. This is a long term stay hotel. Best if you don't mind minimal offerings. Room service is done after the stay, you must request bed linen and towels if you need them replaced. But the staff is very accommodating and will help with any needs.

The unit had a full kitchen but there were no utensils, pans, etc. Why advertise the kitchen if nothing is there to cook with or eat with. Disappointing.

Very new, budget property. Extended stay, no coffee pot or hair dryer in room. That was the only downside. Beautiful property, still being developed.

Brand new so very clean an up-to-date. Make sure you realize you are really in an extended stay hotel. And there were obviously a lot of construction workers staying extendedly! Room cleaning is every other week, though you can get new towels and soap and toilet paper at the front desk (which is not manned 24/7). Free wi-fi is limited to 2 devices though you can pay for more (select the free daily plan and you can change which devices you connect). Cellular service is good. A Choice hotel but no points :-(.

There aren't many of the usual items like Kleenex, coffee maker, daily housekeeping. Sparten, but nice and clean!

The only drawback would be the internet speed. OK, I admit i'm using the free WIFi, maybe preeminent choice would be much better. The other parts are very good: facilities are new, front desk is always friendly, room is clean and comfortable.

Safe clean

The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever sat/attempted to sleep on in my life. As soon as I sat On the terrible bed I told My wife and she agreed. We checked out an hour later. I complained to front desk. They said they would authorize a refund but hotels.com had to call to confirm. Received an email today saying after numerous attempts to reach anyone at hotel that they couldn’t issue me a refund. Worst experience ever.

Building itself is nice, was clean, staff friendly, kitchenette, location close to what we needed. The walls are thin, can hear people in next door talking- or in our case noisy kids and a dog. Bed was very squeaky.

They do not provide complimentary linen changes, or extra towels/replacements. Also housekeeping does not come during your stay. I have stayed here twice and both times it has been Super clean and the staff friendly! The walls are not sound proof so you constantly here other people talking/walking or moving around from the hallway and other rooms.

I stayed 1 night. Everything was good but the doors slammed by staff when they are cleaning need to be none. Educate costumers too, people slam doors.

No curtains and it’s next to a 6 lane freeway with cheap windows. Traffic kept me up all night.
