I liked the location, rather a quiet neighborhood despite the busy Mississippi Avenue on one side, with the Mountain View Park round the corner and a couple of other lovely parks in a walking distance. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable, even for my aching back, and I enjoyed a good sleep. I loved the idea of roof windows providing extra light. Inspiring. Everything inside the house was working and in a good condition. I felt at home. The internet speed was excellent, and the time to get to my conference venue was fine. A Safeway supermarket is just a few minutes walk, which is great. I enjoyed my stay.

I tried to contact the host via the provided e-mail, however, I have never received any reply. I needed to change my arrival date shortly before coming, and due to no reply, I booked a hotel room for one night although it might have been possible to simply extend my stay in the rented house. To find and get the house key was another puzzle for a person from overseas, again, the host did not respond, but I figured it out after a while. The same goes for finding how to connect to the internet and where to put trash. It took some time to find out. Having more information would have saved the time. The backyard was apparently not cleaned since the fall, so I did the basic myself - the condition hurt my eyes. The wood used for balconies and the backyard fence should have been soaked with turpentine before use, especially in the climate at Aurora, it badly needs maintenance. The mosquito balcony door protection in the guest bedroom it stuck and cannot be moved. Perhaps it is intentional, I am not sure. It seems like a long list of complaints, however, this is not the case, it's more a personal view that can be use for future improvement.
