The room was okay, as was the location (in the more touristy part of Westport). Comfy beds and clean. It was chilly and we appreciated the electric fireplace.
Maybe it was the weather, but the atmosphere was a bit dreary overall (our room not having a sea view did not help). The location of the coffee maker is somewhat inconvenient as it is right across from the sink and there is little room to move around.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Even though they’re renovating and do not have the office open. Anything we needed they were right there to help us. We had the corner suite with my in-laws, and it was the perfect room.
There was a family above us and we could hear everything. Their dog barked a lot, other than that everything was wonderful.

the best view is the end unit , window facing toward the ocean,other views are just of the marina , hard to see from bottom floors , hotel was still under construction and kinda pricey for a weekday , hotel was pretty empty , nice rooms very clean and easy walk to beach and town ..

Quiet location. Five-minute walk to the fishing pier.
Remodeled room beat expectations.
Due to remodeling, there was no front office staff.
Remodeling is still in effect so could not give it a 10 rating.

I loved the cleanliness of the room. Also, we loved the staff. Even though the lobby was not open we were still able to talk with the staff. They were very friendly.

The check-in process was very smooth, done remotely and very quickly.

It would be very helpful/useful if they can install some exaust fans with moisture sensors for better ventilation, anyway not a deal breaker.

Very clean. Fireplace was a nice addition. Very comfortable bed. Very easy check in.
No curtains over windows near door and bathroom, allowing the outside lights to shine in at night. Shower needs a shelf or something so you can set soap or toiletries down.

We love the town and the people Everyone is friendly and patient with our growing puppy
We asked for a quiet room we were next door to the employees entrance and right below the stairs. So anyone going up or down the stairs passed our window and the dog barked. And every employee passed our window also and our dog barked PS it was a huge picture window. Not a quite room .
