Potrai metterti al volante quando vuoi: in 11 minuti arriverai nei dintorni di La Selva Beach, mentre in 15 minuti sarai vicino a Seacliff State Beach.
Goditi il sole vicino alla spiaggia, leggi le tue riviste preferite a pochi metri da una piscina condivisa o libera la mente da tutti i pensieri nel giardino di questa villa dove hai a disposizione persino una terrazza privata. Hai già visitato tutte le attrazioni della città e preferiresti rilassarti un po'? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi, TV via cavo/satellitare e lettore DVD per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Great spot. Right next to the pool. Liitle hike to the beach

We have stayed at Seascape a few times before, but this was by far the best unit we've been in. Really great location on the far side, away from the hustle and bustle, right next to the cute little park and the best pool at the resort. The huge open lawn was great for the kids to run around on, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo itself was really nice too: big, well kept, and with a little more character than most. Highly recommended!

I have been to Seascape several times before and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The property and location was great. However, the carpets were disgusting with stains. Smell of urine and smoke. On our first night we were kept up until 3:30am with, a group of men renting the condo next-door. On our second night a new group of girls moved into the condo and stayed up all night blasting music until 5:30 AM. We had to call security three times, I called the property manager could never get a hold of them. We were about to call 91. It wasn’t until we banged on the wall for the 3rd time that the music was finally shut off. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway with my best friends for a 50th celebration and one of them was a new mom. When you go on vacation your expectations are to leave rested and relaxed. That is the complete opposite and I am furious with the way that the management has not handled the situation. It is Monday at 6:36 PM and I have not received a call back or an email back.
The amount of money that we paid to stay in this place for two nights is absurd. We all walk away with feeling more exhausted than we did when we showed up. I’m hoping that the company does the right thing and will reimburse me for part of our stay.

This property was nothing like the pictures, which make it look fairly nice. We arrived at the property and the carpeting in the bedrooms was very dirty and looked quite old. There was a horrible smell of urine throughout the entire unit, especially on the main floor with the kitchen and the living room. The couch was old and badly worn and there were tears in the linens that were on the beds. The bath towels provided were very thin and flimsy and there were not enough towels in the unit. Also only one out of 3 bathrooms had body wash (which actually isn't a big deal, but just added insult to injury in this case).
The listing says that this unit can sleep 8 and I disagree with that unless there are 4 small children. We had 6 adults and 2 children (8 and 4) and there was definitely not enough room for us.
This unit was so bad that upon checking in, three of us left to check into a hotel to stay for the remainder of the time and we never went back. The area is quite nice, right on the beach, but that is all this property has going for it.
I highly recommend that you find another place to stay.

We had family friends in town for 4th of July so we decided to all go to the Resort for the holiday and what a perfect spot it was! Right next to the pool, walkout to green belt and walking path, and unobstructed ocean views.

We rented two units at Seascape resort through VRBO. All of us couldn’t fit in one. We spent time at the beach, in the pool and hot tub, and eating a tremendous amount of food. The kitchen was roomy and comfortable to maneuver with all the different meals. The management Power West was fabulous and helped us with all our large and small needs. I’m so appreciative of their service and kindness. Thank you so much!

Been to Seascape many times over the last 30+ years and this was the best suite we have ever stayed in. It was great having three rooms for are whole family. Power West was a great host and solved every issue we had which was only one. would highly recommend Power West and Seascape for a fun beach vacation.
