With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two charming soppalchi (loft spaces), this space is designed for our own family holidays. In our absence we love to share it with families who have similar passion for Tuscany and Versilia.
Bedrooms: You will find 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathtub, 1 single room with en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is on the soppalco.

A reminder for all those interested in our loft:
the loft does not have blackout curtains, so morning light will enter the rooms. If you need dark do not rent it or bring eye masks for good sleep.
You'll find ample storage space for your belongings, ensuring that your stay remains clutter-free and comfortable.

Soppalchi (Loft Spaces): What truly sets our loft apart are the two enchanting soppalchi. These elevated spaces not only offer extra room but also allow you to appreciate the loft's unique architecture from a different perspective.

The kitchen is open space within the leaving room and is fully equipped.
All the big windows of the loft overlook the inside courtyard garden which is in common with few residents of this small secret "corte".

RULES OF THE LOFT:
Guests must respect the peace and tranquility of the courtyard.
It's not allowed to dine or hanging clothes for drying outside.
Carefully use the kitchen and protect the wooden table from hot pans and cookware.
When taking a bath or shower on the soppalchi please be careful with water on the wooden floor and use the provided bath mats.
