I booked the room on Booking.com. When I arrived early at 7:30, they asked me to wait till 10:00, I waited. They told me that I can sit and wait in the temporary room till 10 and at 10 the owner will come and bring the key from my room. At 10:10 they asked me to wait till 12:00, I waited. At 12 they told me that will clean the room after 1 p.m. So I went out because I couldn't sit like a fool whole day and wait any more. The temporary room was on the first floor, very noisy, right on the road, some guy (maybe customer, maybe staff) was sitting or laying on the bed before I came into it. My room should be on the second floor, should be cleaned and better quality and more expensive, for sure). At 4 p.m. they asked me for how many nights I stay (I booked for 1 night to check what it is the room like, then maybe could continue if I liked the room) and told that they HAVE PUT OTHER GUESTS in my booked cleaned room that I was waiting whole morning and daytime. So I should stay in the temporary room, in which I didn't even touch anything except toilet and water, that they wouldn't need to clean it after me, I couldn't sleep after long 18 hours flight because didn't want to use and make bed clothes dirty, I didn't unpack my luggage, but was sitting and waiting when they tell me to shift. After all I decided to leave that place at 17:00, but they told me that I have pay them 800 rps (for what? for your "hospitality" and "service"?) and I can go. The worse owner that I could ever met, even I didn't see him once, he was typing me in what's up all these bullshit, waiting all this time for the best guests to come for more nights. If you don't have room you better should do not confirm the room in Booking.com and tell that you don't have free rooms, but not making the person after 18 hours of flight from another country sit and wait 5-6-7 hours and hope that soon he will come in his cleaned room.

The hotel was really clean. The staff Ravi is really sweet and always helping. He made sure of all the necessary things for our stay. There’s a small cute balcony to chill and relax in peace and there’s a pretty swing also attached with every room. Loved the vibe of the hotel and their staff. We will definitely visit again here.

Everything was perfect here. Good kitchen for you to make food if you want.

Я выбрала этот отель на первые ночи, чтобы легко найти на такси, не тащить чемодан и быть в центре всей жизни. локация идеальная: 5 минут до пляжа. обмен валют напротив - можете подъезжать, обменивать и платить таксисту. Продукты 50 метров, фрукты напротив. Менеджер приветливый, весёлый. Есть кулер с водой, можно бесплатно пополнять бутылку. В моей комнате на первом этаже два окна и две двери, воздух есть и нежарко. Ночью тоже приятная температура, включаю вентилятор на 2. Wifi работает отлично! То есть за 1.3-1.5К в сутки отличное место, пока ищите жильё на долгий срок. точно лучше чем бунгало на пляже. это почти квартира, только без плиты и холодильника. парковка для скутера есть.

единственное, слышен шум от дороги, но ночью довольно тихо.
