Soraya nos facilitó el checkin antes de las 15:00. El apartamento estaba impoluto, una limpieza excepcional. Piso amplio y tranquilo con una buena plaza de aparcamiento.

The unit is quite large, with three bedrooms, full living room, kitchen and dining area. You can really spread out here. Plenty of street parking. Close to groceries.

The hassle of getting the key in a very busy part of town. Stressful. Suggestions: Park car close and walk to location.

Spacy flat with good location, only 5-10 minutes to theatre and amphitheatre. Very clean. Parking easy at street. Supermarket 5 mins away.

Great location in a nice area and it was extremely spacious and fully kitted out with quality goods and clean.

TV should be a little larger for the size of the lounge.

Exceptionally clean, good interior finishes and quality air-con. It's a short walk away from the cultural center and just around the corner from a Dia supermarket. Unless you want to be IN the center, this is a very convenient location.

Overall the booking agency felt a bit deceptive. When booked the listing it was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with free parking and 1:30pm check in. By the time we arrived it was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom without parking, check in at 3pm. We managed to get the keys at a separate location around 2:45pm, and unlocked the additional bedroom. Very few supplies; 1 container of soap for shower, hand wash and kitchen sink. After leaving I received the email "I am going to write a very good comment about your stay and also rate you 5 stars as a guest. If you could give us 10 stars, we would appreciate it very much..." I get that they need reviews, but to the best of my knowledge there are no ratings for guests on this platform. Why not just ask for "an honest review" or something?

Outstanding new, clean, spacious apartment with all the modern amenities needed.

Only minimal minus was that the location was a touch far from the city center, approximately an 8 minute walk from the beginning of the historical town.
