Questo appartamento con 1 camera e 1 bagno si trova nel cuore palpitante di Malibu ed è il punto di partenza perfetto per scoprire la città. Ti piace camminare? Sei nel posto giusto: ti trovi a 10 minuti a piedi da Spiaggia Statale di Malibu Lagoon e a 3 minuti da Carbon Beach. Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area è veramente a due passi e se poi hai ancora voglia di camminare Malibu Pier è a soli 12 minuti.
Non ti mancherà niente qui e potrai sentirti proprio a casa tua. Perché? I wish I could give them a hundred stars! We truly enjoyed our stay—the ocean was right below us, and the condo was modern and spotless. The beach was pristine, and you could literally stroll past celebrities' homes. Everything you’d want to enjoy in Malibu was within walking distance. The host was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this place and have already suggested it to a friend who will be staying here in August.

This place was outstanding in every way. It was impeccably clean—so much so that you could feel the freshness everywhere, especially in the bed, which I care about the most. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, the pier, great coffee spots, restaurants, and Pepperdine University, which was the reason for our stay. The host was exceptional—very professional and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Very impressed with the condo, it’s just as the pictures and listing describe. The ocean view is simply stunning, and you can’t beat the location. The check in process was seamless and the instructions provided by Melody were clear. We had everything we needed for our stay for a few days. Would recommend this place to others and we will plan on coming back again!!!

Enjoyed my stay in Malibu. The apartment was very clean and felt cozy. Basic supplies provided. The view was spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean. Close to many good restaurants and hikes. Would return!

I came to visit my daughter who lives nearby, and this Malibu retreat was perfect for the two of us. We had a lovely time soaking in the spectacular views from the balcony, taking morning beach walks, and enjoying the pool area. It’s very centrally located as well, close to all that Malibu and Santa Monica have to offer. Very private and safe. I would stay here again when I’m back in the area.

This place is amazing—clean, bright, and well-designed, with an incredible host. The host provided detailed check-in information, and we had no issues with the process; she was available to provide additional details when needed. The sound of ocean waves is audible right from the condo, and the ocean is literally beneath the unit. The private beach was also a fantastic bonus.

Our stay was really enjoyable, thanks to Melody, the friendly host. She responded quickly to our questions from the moment we booked, making everything smooth. The place is clean and well-equipped, right by the lake with a big, nice beach. Plus, there are awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and lots of things to do nearby.

Let's talk about California Dream—an A+++++ experience from all aspects. I can't remember having such a joyful stay at any vacation home. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. I can't say enough, and we'll definitely be back very soon.

As someone particularly sensitive about cleanliness, I can confidently say it reached a level of hygiene comparable to 5+ hotels, a standard I haven't experienced in any other short-term rental. Melody, our host, was truly exceptional—professional, friendly, and she contributed significantly to making our stay even more enjoyable. The unbeatable view from the unit, coupled with the absence of highway noise, made this experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place and will undoubtedly return in the future.
