This accomodation was very nice - clean, tasteful decor, spacious, airy balcony, nice bathroom, good location to cafes/shops/restaurant below. The Smart TV connected to Netflix and YouTube. I liked the self check-in process and it was very convenient having a lift from the shops/ground level to the hotel level.
We had some trouble finding the Carpark but it you put in the Bli Bli Bottle-O, the carparks are right behind the drive thru area.
Overall, no major issues and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed here just the week before and it was very nice. Everything went very well from check in to check out. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. However this time we didn't have such a good check in experience. We understood we could check into the suites from 2pm. When we didn't receive our code to release our key, a little after 3pm I sent a message to the number to ask when the room would be available. I didn't receive a reply, so I sent another text to the number about half hour later and still no reply. Then I tried calling the number but it didn't accept voice calls. So now I went to Hotels.com to see where I could contact somebody to find out about getting into our room. I spoke to a young lady who was amazed that I hadn't received the code, she then sent me the msg with what we needed to access the room. It was after 4pm that we actually got into the room.

Second time in the one week, really great place to stay near the airport. Very helpful phone check-in contact, all went very smoothly.

The room was spacious and very clean. Only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the fact that there were no black tea bags. It only had green tea and coffee. I was hanging out for a cup of tea when we checked in.

Very happy with the location, near the airport, meals available 1floor down. Perhaps an option of regular tea would be nice, there was only green tea. Will certainly stay here again.

Had to stay overnight to attend an early morning appointment the next day. Very safe and lovely room. No contact with staff except via phone/text/email.

Support staff excellent help for us to locate the property. Our car gps gave us the area.

The industrial air conditioners hummed all night, toilet seat ill fitting, every time you sat on it you felt like you were going to slide off. Guest parking extremely hard to park in, we couldn’t get our car into the designated car space, very badly designed.

On arrival finding the correct lift was a little confusing and not very clear. However after self checkin the room was large and lighter and bright. Good comfy bed. If I had to say a negative it would be that the bathroom light was auto connected to the extractor fan and in the middle of the night getting up to use the facilities is so loud. But overall a great stay is return to stay again. Thanks

Hotel still had some food crumbs on floor and towels had stains on them.
But worse this is a "remote hotel" not mentioned anywhere on booking very confusing to check in and find the place. Call a number get a txt find a key box. My suggestion reach out to the pub downstairs and try to be friendly with them to help guests because when you ask all they say is good luck.

New, clean, fresh, simple, easy access. Only downside was iron kept cutting in and out but that wasn’t too bad an issue.

No reception, No instructions how to get keys use elevator, air con. Builders dust all over balconey and in sliders to patio doors. Side tables very dusty.

Be warned! The parking is very confined, very difficult to park in the allocated spaces. Impossible to sleep as there was an ongoing noisy hum throughout the night. This was as loud as if it was a heavy vehicle idling just outside an open window. Added to this were thumps and bangs at around 2 am which we assume were deliveries to the shopping complex or bottle. These sounded like fireworks.
Other than that - the apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. Instructions for self check-in are sent by text to your mobile so if by any chance your phone isn’t working, or the network is down there is no human reception back-up.
