This property was very clean, updated decor, steps away from shopping and restaurants, comfortable beds, and parking spot. Perfect for our family of four with two kids 9 and 6. There was some street noise and restaurant noise as expected, being so close to everything. We brought a noise machine and it was not an issue at all for us! Everyone slept great.

Super roomy 2-bedroom apartment in an excellent location for walking around Saugatuck. Clean and organized. Could use some WD-40 on the bathroom door hinges. Otherwise, excellent property.

Smack in the middle of everything. Our only problem is that on Day 1, a guy followed us up the stairs, thinking they led to the restaurant! The look on his face was worth the price of admission! (After that, we learned to lock the door after we came through it.)
We also enjoyed periodically stepping out onto the balcony in the evenings to just observe the night life, when we weren't taking part in it ourselves. The Holland Brewing & Distillery tasting bar across the street was a particular favorite.
Would definitely rent again!

We absolutely loved the location and how central this stay was. For the most part it was clean, except for the bathroom. That wasn’t a big problem for us tho.

Cute apartment right downtown Saugatuck! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner’s videos on finding the parking spot and front entrance were very helpful. She was also very responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!

Excellent location for an "all inclusive" type stay during a year end golf trip. No worries about driving after a few beers/ bourbons w the golf league buddy's at the end of the day. its all just a short walk away.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location was great. If you are a light sleeper, recommend sleeping in the room with the pull out as we could hear the restaurant music and guests in the other bedroom. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. I was worried about the stairs with our two small children, but the stairs were a non issue and the rest of the apartment was kid friendly.

We’d recommend WD40 for the bathroom four SQUEEK and something should be done about the refrigerator door LOUD bang when we open and when we close it.

If you are looking for the perfect location in the heart of Saugatuck look no further! This was just what we needed for our two night stay, it’s close to everything we didn’t even use our car just walked to everything!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and in a great location. It is nice to have a guaranteed parking spot because when it gets busy in Saugatuck it’s almost impossible to find a spot elsewhere. The parking is, however, slightly inconveniently located for when unpacking/repacking the car. We unfortunately experienced an issue with the rental during our stay, but the owners did try to remedy the situation. Without this issue the stay would likely have been perfectly rated. We don’t foresee the issue arising for anyone else who stays at this property now that it was addressed during our stay.

The quick and easy access to shopping, dining, toasting, and exploring all that is downtown Saugatuck was a heady experience. The vrbo is above a restaurant, facing shops across the street. We could people watch and drop down for a bit of shopping or lunch anytime we wanted. Enjoyed walking everywhere. Saugatuck is like a movie set, and my daughter and I were a part of the cast.

We enjoyed staying here for a girls weekend getaway. It is in a great location with easy walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. The place was clean and kept up. We appreciated the communication with the owners, especially videos detailing where the on-site parking spot is located relative to the apt entrance. Very helpful!

Excellent appartement in the heart of Saugatuck-convenient to everything in the area-beaches, shopping, the river, lifestyle. Very spacious and well appointed apartment ideally located just steps to everything in Saugatuck. The owners were very proactive and communicative during the pre-arrival phase and checked in on us if we needed anything. Seamless arrival and check-out due to keypad entry-super easy. We had a very relaxing and quiet stay in this great little town. We were a family of 4 with a teenager and 10 year-old, plenty of room for everyone and very clean apartment. Thanks!

Communication with the property managers couldn't have been better or more helpful! The place was perfectly situated, well appointed, with all of the conveniences we needed! The pictures don't do it justice. Will absolutely be back to this place anytime I'm staying in Saugatuck or Douglas!

The title says it all. Brand new property in prime downtown location. The owners are very communicative and easy to work with and even were nice enough to leave us a gift card. We have stayed in many different properties in saugatuck and it's hard to beat this location. Would highly recommend and we hope that we're able to stay there again.
