Отдыхали в этом отеле летом очень понравилось и по цене тоже отлично приехали зимой и хотим приехать ещё место шикарное вид на горы и нет рядом трассы не слышно машин до центра 3 остановки на автобусе расположение удобное

Location is the best. Villa was near forest in a green area, close to bus station, restaurant da Adamo, cathedral and hiking routes. Public areas were ok. The room has a good heating and a balcony with a beautiful view.

good location, very quiet. although staff didn’t speak English, they tried so much and took the extra mile

it was cold at the start (but additional heating was provided) after it was very very hot

The location is very comfortable and not much far from centre can go by walk. Mostly the outside view is awesome. I wish to book this room for my next trip also. It's really worth for money and like the way they respond for every doubt. You have all the utilities in the kitchen.

rooms was fine , location and cleanliness

toilet smells was so bad, noising during quiet hours made our nights terrible, and the guy who’s living downstairs and the same who’s responding on Booking.com was not respectful, I was trying to explain in English that we want to modify the date but he was not helpful , he said we have to pay the full amount because he will lose two rooms during high season and actually he was not understanding us so I contacted with booking.com to modify the dates because I couldn’t do that from my account, so the problem solved after contacting booking.com

had to ask for toilet roll 10 days beds were never changed front door key didn’t work had to ring bell then they was arsy about it gettin booking .com to text me walls like paper

We only big plus is view and parking and maybe playground for kids

Not even small piece of soap in bathroom, no wifi (it was written they have it, so we reached host and informed about problem, but no solution or discount was offered, we needed to pay for using our own mobile internet), the beds awful condition, very old and hard, kitchen smells awful, impossible to cook or eat in it, the terrace furniture was bad condition, broken and didnt look safe, towels are almost grey (it was white long time ago). I would say for 45 EUR per night that was not that quality we expected
