The Manager, Mr. Yogi is a very lovable, caring and sympatic person. Helpful and easy comunicating! Villa Rani is spot on in the vibrant heart of the city, close to most dont miss sights. Even the city outside our room is very noisy, day and night, our room was very quired, facing inside the building. There is a stunning view from the rooftop terass, overlooking the town center.

Our first room was not less than a diaster with AC not working and formaline-bullets just everywhere. Giving us breathingbproblems and turning our first night to a nightmare. Thanks to friendly Mr. Yogi we changed our room next day to a smaller, but well funktioning facility. The city view, promissed in the advertising was not present i our rooms. Also the ”total price” including taxes as in our booking where exedded by 10% on our checkout payment.

It’s in a locality that is dirty with people drinking and sleeping outside - did not feel safe and the property was not of a great standard

Ce n’est pas un hôtel à proprement parlé. D’ailleurs aucune inscription signalant le lieu. Il s’agit plutôt d’un appartement. Il faut téléphoner et l’accueil se fait au pied du taxi qui ne trouvait pas l’endroit. Wifi efficace. Calme.

Neat and very clean, Hygienic all over the rooms . Extremely clean bathrooms and buckets & mugs. Very clean bedsheets, pillow and cover. Especially Mr.Yogesh Gurusamy and Mr Kesavan are very cooperative and take care. 100% Fit for family and even joint family too such big facilities.

Brilliant location! About 12-minute walk from the train station or to the amazing Meenakshi temple. Clean & spacious. Great staff! They agreed to keep our bags until 4pm so we could visit the temple without them after check-out. Thank you so much!

Just to say something, because everything was great: for the next guests, a sheet would be great instead of just the thicker sheet blanket. And also a shower squeegee to avoid stagnant water in the huge bathroom's floor!

We were the first guests ever of Yogesh and his excitement was very cute. He made a lot of effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean and located perfectly, very easy to discover Madurai. This homestay has a lot of potential, taking into account that they just started, there is obviously still space to improve.
