Overall, the property is nice. There was a typical maintenance issue we commonly see with the electric blinds not working correct, but we eventually got it to work. The location is wonderful, as it is a less-busy location on the beach.
Really the only reason for 4, as appose to 5 stars, is the barbeque and oven; neither worked. The barbeque was so outdated and heating elements would hardly put out a flame. After the second night of trying to use it, we switched to the oven. Unfortunately, the oven would not work at all. For the price range this is listed at, these appliances should be up to date and maintained.

The place was clean & up dated. Had everything my family needed! Close enough for bigger kids to walk to Belmont Park and little restaurants.

Amazing location. Patio with all the seating made for fun afternoons and evenings for people watching. You can hear the ocean waves from the patio which made it extra relaxing! Beautiful interior, tight for 7-8 women and 2 bathrooms only. Many of the windows do not open for fresh ocean air so you should utilize a/c for airflow or sit outside…that is what we did. Don’t suggest opening door as many flies will enter!
Bottom line, you simply can’t beat view or walking along that boardwalk! Any questions prompt response from management. Overall an amazing trip and would love to stay there again!

So fun to be right in the r boardwalk. Dolphins jumping in the water. House was awesome. Very clean and exactly as advertised. Kitchen well stocked and lots of great little touches to keep your stay comfortable.

Our family had a great time at this wonderful property. The unit had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and was as advertised: beautiful furnishings, a kitchen with everything you could want and a great patio area. The location was fantastic. Also, Diana and her property management team were very responsive to a couple of requests. We would love to stay here again.

Stunning! The view from the main living area and bedroom is spectacular! We were within walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants and feet from the sand. The kitchen was fully stocked so we had fun making meals as a family. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. We felt relaxed from the minute we arrived and Diana was very quick to respond to any questions. This was a dream family getaway!

The house was exactly as advertised, great place to hang out during our spring break in San Diego. If only the property manager could control the weather! This house was one of the best appointed houses we have ever stayed in. While we were there the grill was broken (I think it’s been replaced already) but we didn’t figure it out until we were ready to cook. Not to worry, they had a roasting pan with a rack. Dinner went off without a hitch. They had everything we needed and then some! Would stay here again for sure.

Best location on a great beach. Everything was there including some toys for the kids and beach chairs! It was great to see the dolphins swimming by every day.

This place is well worth the money for the location and the condition of the unit. It has the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! We will definitely be back!

to detail for this property . Kitchen is stocked with all you will ever need ! more then enough towels . Just everything is perfect !!! if you have and doubt ,don't, book your vacation , you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed the property and what it has to offer. It had everything we needed to cook, BBQ , enjoy the patio , tv for relaxation the air conditioning and instant hot water where a huge plus to cool off and clean up.

We stayed in early May. Location is perfect, about halfway between Pacific Beach and Belmont Park. Property was exactly as described and pictured. Super easy check-in and check-out and super convenient to have parking. We hope to come back soon! I recommend you choose to have the AC if you are coming in the summer. They have portable fans to use for the back bedroom but I think the AC is the way to go.

We had 6 adults and 2 teens and had plenty of space. Great layout and perfect location. The only complaint would be the lack of beach accouterment at the house. We had to bring our own chairs, umbrellas, etc. It would be great if they could add this to the property at some point. Either way, we would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and everything the listing said it would be. We loved staying there and will plan to stay again. The first night we did have a lot of noise from the unit above, but everything else made that pretty easy to forget about. I would highly recommend this Property. The location is perfect, close enough to Belmont but not too close and an easy walk to PB.

This is a great spot. Beautiful oceanview location. We live in San Diego and had family and friends over to enjoy the beach with us. The property manager was awesome, just a call away. I must say that kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, even coffee pods for the coffee maker. Loved this place.
