Staff doesn't know how to respect .Staff was not present at check-in time, I had to wait 2-3 hour outside. Room and washroom are not clean. Location is not good. There are better option in dehradun. Not safe for traveller. No proper common area, terrace 4th or 5th floor they have cafe which is common area which is not good. Ground floor is for work people from dehradun which is common area for us I guess. Dorms are in 2nd and 3rd floor. It's like hotel than a hostel. All long term people staying in dorms. Guest are not good just like 3-4 staff from hotel sorry hostel. Fat guy and Bengali guy I don't know properly name, are very disrespect and super arrogant. I request for cab for bus stand, guy from reception simply told 500 1000rupees. For scooty they were charging 600-700 for 4-5 hour Thankfully I didn't take scooty from them. No assistance provided at all. Worst experience ever.Water kept running out. No proper management. Beds are not comfortable. No proper fan. No proper locker for dorm. Beer and alcohol are present in dorms. People drink and smoke in dorm. Not safe guys. Lift was not working. We had to climb 3-4 floor staircase. They kept postponing lift repair. They will not help you with anything being solo travelers.

One of the cleanest and comfortable hostels I've stayed in. Keep it up team. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would like to thank the team. The terrace ambience was great, location perfect and everything I could ask for was there or at a very short distance. Hope that Artbuzz opens up in more locations. Cheers.

No proper alarm bell all lights closed with closed entrance for reception area

The dorms are spacious and beds are comfy. Great view from the rooftop. Cafe is awesome.
