The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The backyard was very comfortable with a nice umbrella to block the sun in the afternoon. The location was perfect for us, close to LAX and Easy access to get to Northridge for my father’s memorial service.

The kitchen was not adequately equipped. We had no dishwasher soap, oven mitts, food containers, and the coffee filters did not fit the coffee pot so making coffee was a challenge. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. And there was a leak under the sink in one of the bathrooms, I had to put a bowl underneath it. There were no extra bath sized towels available. The air conditioner was running so loudly, we checked the filter and it was filthy so we removed it and the airflow was much better.
