Furniture and beds/bedding is very comfortable. Loved having laundry in unit. Parking is close and plenty of it. Lift shuttle to slopes is 26.5 steps away.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo and would definitely consider this as an option on future trips to the area. The bus stop convenience was a major plus for 11 and 13 year old skiers -- easy logistics for transportation. We enjoyed the easy access to movie theatre and dining in Winter Park.

Comfort, cozy, updated, wonderful. Only change would suggest regular coffee maker in lieu of Kureig. Also, dishwasher very loud, so don't use when going to bed. Other than that would come back and stay.

Good value, clean, efficient, everything worked well and can’t beat location! Only issue was we didn’t know it was a third floor walk-up prior to arrival. Had to adjust plans a bit to accommodate that fact but the condo itself worked well for us.

I loved the location. Once there, I realized how close we were to everything and although COVID shut down most of the amenities that the rec center offered, the sledding trail that had been made by other occupants of the complex made up for it. We had sooo much fun just going down the trail with our own sled. We made smores in the grill under the pavilion and my grandkids loved the playground. But, if you are looking for an operable fireplace, this is not the place to go. I specifically made the reservation for this unit because it had one and didn't find out till 3 days prior to our trip that we could not use it. They never told me that or made mention of it in their listing like I had seen on other units advertised. I felt like it was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on their part to the max. I understand if it's a liability issue, but they should've mentioned it in their ad. Instead, when I asked them (because I say in a review from someone else last December) about it, they apologized. I could not believe it. That's all they did. They offered to let me ck in a couple of hours early. Wow! They wouldn't even discount me a little for the inconvenience. Also, if you are more than 5 people, it's probably not the place. It says it accommodates 7 people. But, the sleeper sofa has a 5" mattress that is purely springs. Thank goodness that my daughter brought a feather down comforter that we were able to lay on top of it, along with a thick blanket that she brought. My 5 & 6 yr old grandkids had to sleep the opposite direction on the bed so they wouldn't be impacted by the metal bars and springs. And, it was filthy. There were crumbs, dirt and hair all over it. We had to clean it off ourselves. But, despite these two very important issues, we had a great time and the trip was very relaxing, fun and exactly what we needed as a family.

Loved the unit! Spacious and relaxing and was just as promised. Instructions via email were clear and timely. The only reason didn't give 5 stars was the limited parking.

This a a great condo located up in a quiet neighborhood in Fraser. It sits right on a free bus route to the Winter Park base, which makes access to the resort very easy. Shopping and dining is just a short drive away. The condo was spacious and clean. It has plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids with two queen beds and four bunk beds. We would certainly stay here again if it’s available.

The property was perfect for our family of four. The rec center was great with three hot tubs and a pretty decent size pool. It was very easy to catch the bus to and from the ski area. When I requested a coffee pot instead of just a single serving Keurig they were very accommodating and brought one right over. I would definitely recommend this property and would return.

The condo itself was decently nice inside and had everything we needed but the check in process wasn’t great. It’s part of a 20+ building neighborhood and we never received the building number or unit number prior to arrival. When we showed up I called and messaged the host a few times and had to wait almost an hour before we heard back with the correct unit and building number. Other than that, the unit was perfect for our stay. I wish the fireplace was functional but kitchen was nice and location was nice.

Adequate amount of space for my family of four. The Rec center was great. The Shuttle bus for skiing was close and for the most part on time. Loved the kitchen space. Having a washer/dryer was very nice-love packing clean clothes. Bathrooms were tight but adequate-could have used more extra TP rolls. There was enough hooks to hang coats/hats/bags/towels/etc. Forgot to bring towels for the pool, but there were enough towels from the bathrooms to bring.

The unit was nice and fit our purposes. Loved the new recreation center. The unit was a little older so it took awhile to warm up and the hot water was not working for a little bit one morning. Also, the oven was super dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned for months. Would still choose the rental in the future despite the hiccups.

Great location, nice condo, although 3 levels, (stairs) are a headache !!

This condo is clean, updated, and perfect for a small family like ours. The only downside to this location is its proximity to restaurants, etc. We did not rent a car, and relied on the shuttle system. This worked great for getting to/from the slopes, but the scheduled shuttles that go to Hi Country Haus end at 5pm. After that, you must use an on-call shuttle, and the wait can be significant when busy (weekends). With young children this was difficult to predict and this condo's location is too far for them to walk to downtown Winter Park. We opted to stay in most nights, or eat an early dinner in the Village and that worked well.

We stayed here the end of July. The location is great for easily getting to Winter Park Resort and the highway. The condo is set back so you do not get any traffic noise. The weather is cool at night so if you open the windows the temperature in the condo is great, but it warms up fast when you shut the windows. Because you are right in the woods there is a lot of animal noises which kept us awake with the windows open. It would have been nice to have a fan available to keep us cool without having the windows open. The new rec center was nice. It has a pool and 3 hot tubs. The pool area was stocked with noodles which was good for our two boys. It is not a huge pool, but it was never crowded. It was perfect for little kids. Our only complaint we have for this beautiful condo is the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for us. It is a very soft bed with way too soft of pillows. Every time one of us moved the bed creaked and squeaked. The bed itself was not connected to the headboard so we couldn't tighten it. I ended up sleeping with my son on the bottom bunk in the kids room and let my husband have the squeaky bed. The kids bunk beds however were very comfortable! They slept great as did I once I moved in with them! Overall we loved the condo and the location! We would recommend it to others, and if it wasn't for the poor sleep my husband got we would definatly come back! The owners were also great to work with! I liked that there is a 10:00 quiet time as well and the neighbors all respected that!

Nicely updated and clean. Short on cleaning supplies (dish soap, trash bags). I wish there was a broom, also!

This condo has been nicely update and is well appointed with everything you may need during your stay. As stated by other reviewers this condo is very comfortable and clean, providing the perfect place to stay and enjoy Winter Park. My husband and I found the condo close enough to town that we could walk to restaurants, shopping and even Hideaway Park. Can't wait to stay here again!

The property was as advertised. It has everything we needed for an awesome getaway in the mountains. Our needs were to have a place to crash at night, otherwise we were out exploring and hiking.

It was clean, comfortable cozy and convenient! Thank you very much!

The unit was clean and had all the things we needed for a family of 5 to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We cooked breakfast and dinner in condo as the kitchen was well equipped to do so (a small market was just a 2 minute drive away). The shuttle to the mountain was just outside the doorstep. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the fireplace and that we had gotten notice prior to our arrival that the community center (with pool and hot tubs) was closed but appeared open when we arrived at the location.

Dara and Sargent's condo is wonderfully warm,cozy and pristinely clean. Great amenities including good quality linens and towels. The owners were most accommodating. Would stay here again.

Property is nice. Tucked back in the woods a bit. Easy access though to everything you'll need to enjoy the time and space. Love the laundry, we went home w/ clean clothes!. Would stay again in a hot minute.
