The location is good near the big food court and there is some space outside to socialise.

Most of the staff were quite unfriendly and seemed unbothered about guests. The bathroom was dirty and the bin in there was not emptied during my three day stay (which is gross when everyone has to put their toilet paper in there and it’s overfilling). The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the blanket was old and itchy.

The staff were amazing. Let us check in early and were always happy to help us where possible. Room was clean and spacious.

On the booking.com site it was listed that double and twin rooms have a balcony. When we arrived, we realised that only the double rooms have balconies and twin rooms didn't have a balcony or windows.

Room was clean, late checkout and we were able to check in early.

The room had no windows and no fan in the toilet 😷

- Tiny rooms - for what it is, its really expensive, but its still a good Option during the fullmoon party
