This was a great hotel, very clean and beautiful !
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I am so grateful to them! The location was amazing, just a few minutes away from La Plaza de Armas. I will definitely come back here to stay.

Great value for money, just 2 blocks from Central Square. Comfortable beds, excellent staff, especially the young lady in morning shift in the reception. Breakfast needs improvement in variety of food

Very convenient located at city center. Room has ceramic kettle and variety of tea bags available. Solid bedding, firm mattress. High ceilings. Rooftop views of city and volcanoes. Armor plaza and monastery just one block away. Good restaurants nearby.

We came back late from our tour. There was not enough time to get my luggage and get on time for my flight, likely I talked to them, told me not worry. They send my luggage with a trusted taxi driver to the airport. Loved that.

Nice, clean, comfy hotel in a great location. Super friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Maybe the nicest hotel on my whole trip to Peru.

Nice hotel. Good location. Stayed twice with a Colca Canyon trip in between.
They are happy to store your luggage overnight.
The member of staff on the first day was 'meh'.
The person on the second day we checked in was good.

Excellent location, about a block from La Plaza de Armas. Very nice hotel and room, especially for the price, although I was in a small section that required navigating quite a few stairs. The room was chilly at night until the staff brought in a portable heater, but they were quick to do so when asked. The included breakfast was very good and is served (6am-10am) on the rooftop terrace, which has lovely views. The terrace also has a bar for afternoons/evenings.

The hotel is in an excellent location very close to the Plaza de Armas, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is on the roof terrace with all the food prepared fresh. The photos on various websites do not do the roof terrace justice!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

This is a wonderful hotel with a very helpful staff, a delicious breakfast and great location. They pay attention to details too. I was there on my birthday, and a piece of cake with my name and happy birthday was sent to me while I was at the rooftop bar. They must have noticed the date when they copied my passport. It felt like a home away from home.

Nice location within Ariquepa. Great recommendations for tours and restaurants. So nice that they sent us off on our Colca Canyon tour with a bagged breakfast.

A charming building newly renovated well appointed furnishings with hardwood floors.
The staff was super responsive and Accoomodating - all of them! Yourgett in the reception made sure we had a comfortable room, Juan Carlo’s, Jonathan and the IT guy who gave us a WiFi extension. We had ordered so much food when eating out, so we had some left overs. Jonathan made sure we were able to heat them up.

There's a few great qualities about this hotel. Welcome drinks at the bar, the breakfast is small but good enough. The rooftop has a great view.
- the staff are friendly and helpful
- the building is lovely
- the location is perfect
But I give 3 stars for a few things:
- the bathroom in our king bedroom could not have been any smaller.
- the bed was hard and uncomfortable.
- the door to the hotel is locked at night and they require that you call to be let in.
- the rooftop was very cold at night and they heaters were too weak to make a difference

Wonderful place, I would recommend this hotel to everyone that visits Arequipa. Great customer service, delicious breakfast and close to the Main Street.

Newer hotel with elevator, excellent location which allows tourists to walk to many places. Breakfast was outstanding and varied. Love their hours 6am to 10am for their breakfast. The staff was more than accommodating and at one point even took us to the place we wanted to go walking.

Loved this place. Easy walk into the city center. The staff is so friendly. Stayed in a junior suite and the suite. Both are very comfortable. The only strange thing is the set up of the bathroom areas. There are no doors on the showers (or the tub). I stayed a combination of nights and moved my time there.

Renovated property. We had king size bed with balcony and enjoyed the view of cathedral. Very nice and professional staff, very responsive and arranged for our airport taxi. Alsi enjoyed our pisco sour welcome drink and breakfast.

This hotel is gorgeous, super clean, and perfectly located. The beds, pillows, and linens are luxurious, providing a true 5-star experience during our 5-night stay. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop with stunning views of Plaza del Armas, and the pizza was delicious! Highly recommended! Tip: If you use the laundry service, be sure to separate your darks from whites, as they wash everything together.

The Ariquepay hotel was amazing! Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful during our stay. We stayed there 2 nights before going to the Colca Canyon and 1 day after our hike. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. We had an excellent stay in this hotel. It was an easy walk to the town square. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Overall great hotel with a nice aesthetic in center of Arequipa. Very clean and comfortable. The pisco sour on the rooftop as a free welcome drink was a nice touch. The breakfast was sufficient but not too extensive.

An outstanding hotel in every way. The staff (especially Nichol) was very friendly and helpful and helped me solve a problem getting bus transportation to Arequipo way beyond the service a customer usually expects. I wish every hotel I stayed in was like this. Very special.
