Absolutely loved this property. It was spotless and everything looked brand new. The only downside is the parking which is very tight. The back unit was also being rented when we were there and we both had two cars. There is one space in front of the first unit that is for the back unit and three spaces horizontal to the front of the building (1 for the back unit and 2 for the front unit). There was barely enough space for all three cars to fit. We had to ask the family in the back unit to move there one car over (which they did) so that we could fit both our vehicles, but it was a tight fit.

Bob’s the perfect host. We really enjoyed our stay. It is close enough to walk to the MarshWalk. He provided a pass to Huntington Beach for us to use and umbrella to use. Will definitely be back.

Nicely appointed place with many conveniences. Comfort of guests was this owners priority when supplying the amenities. Anyone would enjoy their stay here. Great communication and affordable.

We had a great time and enjoyed the area. The house is clean and well maintained . It was exactly as listed. It is in a great location. It is close to the Marshwalk. We enjoyed sitting outside where there was a table and chairs and a grill if we needed it. They provided towels, beach towels, soaps and shampoo. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The property is in a great location, and they had many necessities in case you have forgotten something of your own. Everything was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The owners checked in with us the morning after arrival to ensure we were happy with the stay so far, and if we had any questions. Also, the checkout instructions were simple, and appropriate for the cleaning fee that we had paid. Overall, we had a great experience.
