Spacious, no disturbances, clean

If you keep more dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid- it helps if the guests need multiple use.

This was a great house for our group of 10 women. It was very modern and spacious and in a very convenient location for us in a new residential subdivision. (5-10mins drive to shops/restaurants however). Beds were comfortable , it was warm, light and bright. Excellent kitchen and very generously equipped and lots of staples provided. Also generous provisions in bathrooms, laundry etc. The host was very good to communicate with and answered any questions promptly. He was happy for us to take an extra blowup bed at no cost. One sofa would be quite comfortable if needed too and plenty of bedding was available for it. The kitchen/living/dining area was fabulous and another smaller quieter lounge perfect for those of us wanting a bit of a break from our chatter!

Our only criticism is around cleaning and we have given the owner feedback on this and hope he will take it on board. Basics were done, but the cleaners were letting the place down by quite a lack of care, which was a shame.

Modern house, brand new, very clean, not too far from town. Lots of room

No welcome information, no wifi password. Only one teatowel, 2 bathrooms between 11... a 3rd bathroom would have been good. Sleeps 14 but dining table seats 8. Not enough seating in living area space for 11.

Lots of room and many kitchen amenities.

We arrived at the property that had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, dirty towels on floor and dirty cutlery and rubbish in the kitchen. Couldn't use garage as door was broken. Couldn't use air conditioner as it was leaking. Couldn't use either of the televisions as there was no aerial or internet connection.

Really nice, and big, modern and clean, great large living area. Around the corner from supermarket & close to beach!
