The apartament has an independent access and a terrace, few minutes by foot from the sea. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures. Tomislav is a very welcoming host, always available to help. We enjoyed our stay and we really recommend it.

The host was very helpful and acted quickly on issues I had. For example - the previous group that rented the apartment left the toilet damaged and the canister that holds the water was damaged and the water leaked through a crack in the canister, spilling water on the floor. I reported this issue to the host and he first fixed the issue temporarily with a gummed paper (it was Saturday) and then on Monday the whole canister was replaced. That being said, I had to be tip-toeing avoiding the water on the floor in the bathroom for 3 days :/ ... I liked the AC which worked well. The bed was comfortable. The location is good, in the middle of Zlatni Rat - Bol center

Kinda a strange thing to me that happened was the first day of my stay, the host entered the apartment without notice to water the flowers... I was in my underwear on the terrace and I just heard a few knocks on the door... I immediately saw the keys spinning and the host entered the apartment - to my surprise, I think he should've waited a few moments before I open the door... I mean imagine if I was taking a shower or something... It was weird... I didn't like the bathroom - everything was small for me. The toilet was way too close to the wall, which is not a problem if you're a skinny person with narrow shoulders, but if you have wider shoulders and you're 175cm+, you will have to sit on the toilet a little sideways... Also, the shower was way too tiny and the hanging curtains (curtains to prevent the water from spilling out) in the shower were sticking to me while I took the shower... this was annoying because even without those curtains, there was little space... with curtains and wind blowing, curtains stick on you, decreasing the space in the shower even more. The last thing I didn't like about the bathroom was the damaged water tap in the sink. The ending was missing and so the water flow was split into 5... The kitchen was basically only a stove, fridge, and sink... it didn't have a fast-boiling kettle and dishwasher which in my opinion, is standard in 2023.

The apartment is well located, super close to the city center with all its restaurants. The sea is a 3 min walk away and the terrace with its sea view is absolutely perfect. There are 2 supermarkets within 50m. The entire building and its alley is maintained really well and beautifully with many plants and flowers.

Apartment was very close to the beach and also to city centre. We were even able to walk to Zlaty roh (took about 20mins.), beach 3 mins., center 5 mins. There were two small shops next to apartment which was also very handy, especialy for breakfast. Acommodation itselfs was vry comfortable, well equiped, good wifi, working A/C and nice big terrace. We had lovely stay in Bol.

The hosts were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful and spacious apartment, everything was extremely clean. The balcony with the view over the garden and the sea was fabulous. Perfect location, 5 to 10 minute walk to some beautiful beaches, including Zlatni Rat. Short walk to city centre as well, I would definitely stay here again, great value for money too!
