The hotel meets expectations, but is short of memorable. Breakfast is very basic, and the restaurant houses 2 different restaurant concepts, so it is never one thing or the other one

Room was not set up 100% so we had to go to the front desk to ask for basic things.

We loved the room. We had a big junior suit with sea view and it was great. The food was good and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Maybe the variation of food. We had the same menu at dinner two days in a row, but it was still very good.

Modern hotel with good sized rooms right on the seafront with a a large parking garage in the basement.

The internet connection was a bit patchy.

Great pool, good breakfast, close beach.

Queues for breakfast - no need to lead every guest to the table. Problem with communication in English. Every piece of furniture on the room´s balcony was wobbly. Three days full ashtray. Early morning big noise. Quite expensive parking with sophisticated electronic technology, but the underground garage door opens with a rope in the 21st century. :-)

Awesome hotel, great staff! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and also around good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! Common areas are always clean and in perfect conditions! The hygiene was superb and we felt well taken care.

The only negative point for us, such a great hotel without an AC.

I liked to closeness to the sea. The staff was helpful and well organized. The breakfast was a bit over-organized but fantastic choices of food and drinks. What made us very uncomfortable was not the fact that we got a room to the street, like a market place, but I was directed south! With 33 degrees Celsius in June 2021 there was no air-condition! The room was hot and not at all a place to relax from the brutal mid-day heat on the beach!

False advertising. Booked a room with sea view but room we got did not have sea view, when I complained the desk clerk went to the room with me and showed me that by leaning over the balcony room and turning my head extremely to the left that I could catch a glimpse of the ocean. This is ridiculous I told her and I want to see the manager. She then offered me another room with more of a sea view but only from the bedroom and not from the front living space. I will never stay at this hotel or chain again. A rip off and false advertising which Booking.com should alert patrons of your site about. Far too many other better and cheaper hotels in that area.

False advertising, false photos, a rip off for the amount of money you pay.
