Good location and clean.

The air conditioning was not working and made a lot of noise. We couldn't sleep as the appartment was at 30 degrees. Awful! The forniture and toilet much more simple that the photographs in booking.

The location is very good and central. The flat is spacious and very well furnished. The bed was average but please see the other part of my review, why it didn't really matter.

(Please note that is review is particular to Apartment 14. For all I know, the other apartments don't have the same issue). Unfortunately, I was unable to get any sleep for the two nights I stayed. The air conditioning is so unbearably loud that it feels like sleeping next to a jet engine. Obviously when you switch it off, though, the temperature rises to a point where it's impossible to sleep, either. So it's a lose-lose situation. Sadly, this really spoiled it for me to the extend that I would not choose to come back.

The staff was very friendly and communicative. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Big plus: there is a gelaretie opposite of the property ;)

The AC unit was very loud. You could hear everything what is happening in the lobby/corridors of the house (ours was the aprt. no. 5 2nd floor)

Location very good. The facilities for eating and self catering were helpful. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Just minor things - only one teaspoon, hanging space not really usable for people of average height - and no corkscrew to open the bottles of lovely local wine!

Location was excellent. Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern.

Not so keen on the entry access to the building and walking into a dark hallway as the light didn't come on

The flat was very spacious and very warm (I stayed in February). The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating.

I try to open my room’s door for half hour or even more , that lock doesn’t make sense , I have turn 2 times but you need to push it very hard in the end to let the door open , I think if you can upgrade them to open with card or will be much more better.

The apartment was large for us. Great little kitchen and bathroom. We were also able to give our clothes a wash and the heating in the room dried them quickly. The city of Trieste was lovely. Some great recommendations from staff for sights to see like the Castle in the hill. The view is just beautiful. We were also told about Eataly which was a 10 to 15 min walk. That was just a lovely place for having a coffee and food shopping. The staff were so friendly! Thank you.

Excellent location close to the sqare and sites. Quiet location

one thing to consider is that there is no soap / shower gel etc which is ok just remember to bring some

Apartment was spacious, comfortable and centrally located. There are restaurants, stores and bars near by. Train and bus station within a 10 minute walk as well as city port. Staff lady was very helpful and polite. She provides tourist information and city transportation. Thanks to her assistance I was able to see the castle I was planning to visit during short stay.

Air conditioning vents are nit connected to bedroom , but bed is big, clean and comfortable.

We payed extra for a crib, which had no bottom, so it was impossible to put baby to sleep there without improvisation. Towels were not very clean and shower was swiching hot and cold water while in use.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was large and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen had a fridge with freezer, a microwave and coffee maker. There was a tv but I didn't use it. Check in was very easy and quick, and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be back!

In the middle of the city. Big rooms and kitchen.

Only one AC shared between two rooms (bedroom and Living). It takes many hourse to feel the AC cooling in the bedroom and living room. Parking is local street parking. Sometimes you will not find a space close to the hotel.

I'd taken care to choose a property with airco, but it was broken and could not be repaired. No real excuses either; "you're lucky that you weren't here last week, it was much hotter then." Well, due to the central location there's lots of street noise. The windows provide excellent noise insulation.... except that we would have suffocated, had we kept them closed. But too noisy to sleep with windows open. Also, the shower cycled continuously between cold and boiling hot. It couldn't keep a constant temperature, so very annoying to shower. So, the technical installations were not in order, basically, which is a shame, because the apartment itself was great.

The room was large, and clean. The bathroom was particularly large and had everything you needed. The room was surprisingly quite being in the middle of a city near to the main transpiration hubs.
