What was amazing is I booked a room in the motel that is being completely remodeled. They are staying open as much as possible. When I arrived I found out that the room they had for me was broken but they had reserved a room for me at the Comfort Inn just down the street!

I booked the room then arrived a short time later to find that the hotel was under construction with the front parking lot totally removed with a sign on the door that said: DO NOT COME IN. Please Use Back Door. After navigating around construction equipment and materials everywhere I made it to the back door only to find it locked. I was NOT able to gain access to the building. So I call several times to Hotel.com to cancel the reservation and stayed on hold for quite some time only to be hung up on.

Whole facility under construction. Front parking lot is not usable. Had to park in the back and walk to a side entrance to check in. There are only a few rooms available because of construction. Place should not be open yet. Pool not operational yet. Luckily only needed to sleep overnight. Was extremely pissed when i pulled up to place only to see monster construction equipment in front of the building. Room was clean but the smell of fresh paint and not sure what else was overwhelming.

Comfortable stay, room was very spacious and quiet. Even though property was under construction stay was pleasant. Easy and quick check in. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and kind. Will definitely stay here again in the future, as we have family in Fort Stockton.

Hotel is under re-construction, not refurb. Terrible conditions, couldnt access reception area for 2 excavators outside. The reception area internally was all covered with plastic sheeting, couldnt see the manager through thr plastic! Hallways dirty, exposed wiring, rooms unfinished. Pool and gym out of use. Overall, pretty shambolic that hotels.com did not advise of any of this, as we'd have stayed elsewhere.

Room was large and newly renovated. It had a small kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints.

It's right off I-10 so you hear the noise of the interstate. There was also some street racing so we didnt feel 100% safe. There was construction at the hotel and looked abandoned when we first arrived.

We would definitely stay here again. The rooms are wonderfully roomy with a couch to relax on. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom worked (towels, shower, counter space, sink and hair dryer). The breakfast was ok - I did not leave hungry. There was a good variety available. The location was close to the freeway and restaurants. It is a winner.

The top floor was under construction. We were the only ones up there. Was weird. Carpet, paint, lights, no doors no furniture in other rooms. Ours was fine though. The hot water took 45 mins to warm the first night. Better the next night. The lady at be breakfast the first morning was very rude to my husband saying that we couldn’t even get an apple, because we were 20 minutes before serving breakfast. But I had checked the night before with the nice girl at the desk making sure we can at least get an apple or a muffin because we had to leave so early in the morning, and she said, of course yes no problem. The next morning, there was some food out, so that was nice of them.

When we arrived, the hotel looked like an abandoned building. I thought my GPS had taken me to the wrong location but it was correct. The hotel was under construction. There were construction material everywhere. The pool didnt have any water. The room felt dirty. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We were 1 of 3 guests. Breakfast was terrible. The only good thing was the coffee. Its not ok that they didn't disclose the condition of the hotel. Very disappointed. Choose a different hotel.

I would have liked to have been aware when originally booked that the pool and hot tub were being renovated as were most of the rooms. I would have gone to another hotel because the use of pool/hot tub is the main reason I did. The staff was very nice.

Hot was very nice considering it is being remodeled.once the remodeling is completed, it will be beautiful. Breakfast was great. Large selection including waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, etc. highly recommend.

This is a really nice hotel which was being renovated. Room was excellent. A very good buy for the price even with the halls being in disarray.

Breakfast was so-so. This hotel is undergoing a massive renovation. The pool is closed due to the renovation. Our room was fresh and completely renovated with a full-sized fridge. Nice. However, when we tried using the kitchen sink there was a massive water leak. Was disappointed with the breakfast. No attendant. Choices limited. Eggs were tasteless. I’ve had better at hotels.

First room given to me had a bsd ac unit. I was moved to a room on the second floor which is under construction. Hot water on 2nd floor was almost non existent.

Property is under renovations if known I never would have booked it...pool closed!whole building smells like paint and drywall and dusty! I am truly disappointed i was not made aware of this major inconvenience especially at this price in Fort freekin Stockton i would like to speak to someone responsible for thus mistake

I was very disappointed with my stay. Usually my room at this hotel is top notch ; this time not so much. I can understand that they are in stages of renovation, but it seems like they would complete one room before opening it to rent.
I do have to say that the bed was very comfortable and the staff very nice. Can’t wait to see it once the renovations have been completed.

Our room was clean and staff was pleasant. They are in the middle of remodeling the facility, so the pool and gym were not available for use. Breakfast was typical with cereals, milk coffee and juices, eggs, yogurt, waffles etc. The area around it is a little industrial and just okay. There's a steakhouse just down the road a minute or so.

The set up of the room was terrible, they set a cabinet that held the refrigerator and microwave at the entrance, making it difficult to enter with bags,
They were doing construction on the 3rd floor, which supplies were outside. We woke up to nail in our tire

Only stayed for one night, but they were super accommodating. We were running late and wouldn’t be arriving until 2am. When I called they made a note that we would be checking in later. Check in was super quick and the room itself was very comfortable! We would stay here again if we pass through this town.

Room was really clean for being a larger space with the king bed and lounge area with a couch. The bathroom was fully stocked and hotel had all their advertised amenities available. Front desk staff were super friendly and gave us dining options around the town. The hotel felt safe and secure, and the large and well lit parking was convenient. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also a plus with good options. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, spacious rooms, recently renovated, pleasant staff. We were on the top floor, not sure if that is why the water pressure in the shower was weak and took a long time to heat. Breakfast average. Full size fridge was great for freezing our ice packs for cooler and everything else!

Room was very nice, clean and safe. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional,. Conveniently located, easy on and off freeways. Food was hot, wide selection and tasted good.
