- Excellent location. Zamalek is a very safe area with "old money" vibes. - Very friendly staff.

- There's a club on the last floor, which wasn't clear to us when we booked the place. It was somehow noisy in our rooms two floors below the club. Also because this was Cairo the club gave the place a dodgy vibe. - When we went to check out there was nobody there at the reception, no instructions on how to check out. - The check-in took about 20-30 minutes because they are sharing an "accountant" with the aforementioned club. This happened after contacting us by phone, and asking us to send them a scan of our documents via Whatsapp beforehand. - The bedsheets and the glasses were pretty dirty.

- Cleanliness. - Location is very convenient - close to everything. - The room was equipped with everything you can think of, for more than 3* requires. - Super helpful and welcoming staff. - Nice balcony with the Nile view. - Great restaurant upstairs. - Value for money. I was scared to book this hotel because of only one review, but it turned out to be great. They opened recently, hence not enough reviews.

The only downside is a music upstairs and from the river. Looks like it is a party location. However, with earplugs I didn't hear anything and slept well.
