Quite easy to park thanks to the tickets in the house. Nicely decorated. Calm.

I had no heating in the room when I stepped in, asked for one but did not get and I had heating only 24 hours later. It was not cleaned properly as you can see on the photos. As well, I discovered a cake, that belonged to the previous host, partly eaten… The couch was dirty as well as the sheets… I have never seen this. Also, several mice went to eat my food during the night. It is totally unacceptable. Look at the pictures. Unfortunately I could not download more. And I forgot all the garbage in the garden…😞

Completely beautiful and qwerky home. It does feel much bigger than I was expecting from the pictures and from the outside. Very responsive and helpful host. I was concerned about the road parking but mainly managed to park right outside with a permit. The WiFi was stable and there was enough room for a couple of us to be working and not disturbing each other.

There were a few things that I am sure would have been addressed as they were only small. I just wish the weather had been better so we could have used the beautiful gardens and I had taken a lighter to make use of the candles I'm sure they make it even more magical.

Lovely house with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely views from the kitchen french doors onto a well kept garden with deck, and the trees and fields beyond. Chris, our host, was very welcoming and quick to respond to our queries. Would certainly return if ever in the area again.

We loved how clean the property was upon arrival, along with being in a great location in Bury St Edmunds with great acssses to the A14.

Although there wasn't parking outside the front door. there was free parking on the opposite side of the road
