We have only good things to say about this property. It was conveniently located for our rental car location. They had shuttles to/from the airport. The property looked new or newly renovated, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises as well as a lounge/bar area. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous - and spoke many different languages.

Good breakfast. I would like to see "sugarless" choices for cereals. Great friendly, helpful staff. Finally put in a footpath to town and onto the railway station. Yai!!!

Great Convenient Hotel 15mins from Malpensa airport Transfer shuttle is provided. But must book 24hrs ahead. Excellent reception staff in particular Anna who is a star. Avoid 1st floor rooms as we find them to be tired and dusty Rooms on 3rd were brilliant.

The gym was horrible, old poorly maintained machines a handful of weights and water in a vending machine that they charge 2 € for!

Lower your expectation and you’ll be fine. Serves a purpose but that’s about it. Would opt paying €50 more and staying at airport hotel (Sheraton). Closer by and looks nicer.

Great location to airport after missing our flight.

The price was right but the property is still 15 mins from the airport. The shuttle has a fixed schedule, not on demand so it didn't work for us. The hall reeked of dirty diapers and our room #108 started to smell like sewer gas around 2 AM, not from the bathroom but from the A/C vent. The bathroom mirror lights didn't work. The shower drain was very slow so it overflowed after just 5 minutes. The two pillows were micro-thin, literally an inch thick or less once you put your head on them. The A/C was locked at 25 deg C (77 F) too hot for me. So I used the hair dryer to heat the thermostat and make it think it was 100. Then the A/C kicked on. Only shampoo w/ conditioner combo, no plain gel soap. Lots of painting and wall repair needed in our room. Staff was very friendly but everything else was poorly managed. Spend a little more and stay at a hotel on the airport property if you want to save time. The management of this hotel needs to increase their budget for the basic minimum. If they already have the money they need then they should quit out of shame.

The fact that you need to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, or else you get charged, is ridiculous. And it is NOT stated in the hotel overview that you will be charged if not booked in advance. Overview says FREE airport shuttle. That’s it. It’s an airport hotel, the shuttle should be free no matter what time you book it.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom also very was clean with lots of towels. Nice breakfast too so great value for money. Would recommend a stay there.

Safe was direct as I arrived. Ask to fix it and they did but next day I couldn’t open it so I had to wait for someone with keys to open and let me have my passport. Also - shuttle from the hotel is very good nut TO the hotel is a big problem.

For me: Super comfortable beds n pillows. Clean rooms but nothing over the ordinary when it comes to visual/comfort/interior. Friendly staff. Reason for "average score": Is that breakfast buffe was very disapointing. Our reason for choosing SHG before other options within the same price-range was that breakfast buffe (not just "italian breakfast") was offered and included. Sadly nothing on the buffee was/looked fresh. Half of the buffee was dry cakes/desserts. The rest was to wrap it up: "yoghurt n coco-pops, dry bread and some seriously weird tastings egg scramble". Juice was sugar/cordial and coffee was "office machine button coffee".

Good choice for airport access. Not too long a walk to the village of Somma Lombardo for dinner. A little rough around the edges but clean and comfy enough for one night. Included breakfast is varied but basic. Order your coffee from the waitress, much better than the self-serve machine!

Staff was helpful and check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The worst hotel ever.

Great overnight stay, spacious room and very clean. Service was excellent and breakfast was good. Local area does not have much for restaurants so hotel restaurant is only option, food was ok, pizzeria was closed.

Totally ok for one night stay before the flight. Free parking. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean.

Amazing stay , but its difficult to get some basic necessity's in easy access of walking distance..

All front desk employees spoke fluent English so jay was very helpful! Also just had good suggestions for places to go and how to get there

Nice hotel near malpensa Airport, is about 10 min by car or by free shuttle form hotel, nice and clean room, good breakfest bufet, free garage parking

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Whatever you do, avoid this place! A few highlights: -Worst of all, the shuttle driver gave my husband a concussion (that has cost us $1000s in medical bills) by slamming the tailgate on his head. After he did, he just looked at my husband incredulously, as if to say, "why was your head in the way?" No apology whatsoever. When we got to the airport, he chased us inside because we didn't tip him. -The room was perhaps 85 degrees--completely unbearably hot. There was no AC, fans, or ventilation in the entire hotel. -The "free" shuttle is not free. They refused to pick us up at the airport, so we paid 25 Euro for a taxi. Since we had to go back to the airport before 8 am, we had to pay another 10 euro. -The staff was completely rude and unhelpful. -The rooms are incredibly sparse, and the pictures on the website are massively misleading.

This hotel is kind of far away from Milano (it took us about 45 minutes car and train to get ti city centet but it was a great value at $129 for 3 nights including breakfast. The room was clean and the shower was huge by European standards!

The hotel does not have a working AC system despite of what they claim.

The hotel either does NOT have air conditioning or does NOT switch it on. It was terribly hot and the staff simply kept lying that the air conditioning system is on and that it would be cool in 20 minutes. I have never seen anything like that. A week later, I stayed in the same hotel once again, and the situation was just the same. This is a joke to give this hotel 4 star rating. Avoid it by all means!

I had no control over the air conditioning system and was adviced to open the window, but it was very hot outside. I had not TV signal in the room. I had to pay 10 euros for the shuttle back to the airport. malpensa terminal 1 is 6 km away. staff were nice to me by sending a driver to the airport to pick me up, and restaurant food was ok and reasonably priced. Had access to wifi in the hotel lobby

Everything was great except that there was no air conditioning in the room.

Rude staff, dirty rooms, no air and can't control it, food at restaurant terrible and service bad!!!! Said in disruption free shuttle to airport but found out only 8:30 am - 7 pm, they charge other than those times.

The hotel was great, nothing fancy but there was nothing wrong either.

Great price for an amazing room, with just one major hiccup... My transport which I had previously arranged for never arrived! I was left stranded at the Malpensa airport. When I called the hotel reception, the front desk lady was not kind, and was fast to berate me for "probably not doing a proper reservation", which was absolutely untrue. Otherwise amazing rooms with good wifi!
