Excellent in every way. Also the staff were very nice to let us in 3 hours before check in time. After the last stage of the camino done in pouring rain, it was a blessing.

Wonderful breakfast with many locally sourced items such as fruit, pastry, bread & cakes. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Fabulous location to explore the area. The room was modern & very comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Id prefer a place where it was staffed 100%. Everything was fine. Its just a comfort thing for me.

location very convenient and walkable to everywhere. They have a lift! Nice that breakfast was included. Raoul went beyond to assist us and help with all our needs. They were happy to store our bags a day before we arrived.

There was not reception from 21:00 to 7:30.

Lovely room on second floor. Clean, comfortable bed, doors to a small balcony opened. Just what I needed. Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, cereal, ham, cheese & bread etc. Secure entry via code. Staff were super welcoming and helpful.

Very clean modern rooms. Very nice and attentive people working. Good breakfast. Location was perfect. Not far from cathedral and Pilgrim Office and close to to bus pick-ups for tours and airport.

The location is ideal, on the edge of the old city. It is walkable into the city but quiet. The staff made the difference, they are thoughtful and professional. Breakfast offers fresh fruits, breads and cake. The coffee is decent from a self serve machine. It is nicely decorated and modern.

Staff was very friendly. Room was cosy and shower was wonderful. Wifi worked properly and termperature regulation was great.

It was a little noisy being on the main street, also during the night.

Fabulous hotel in the old part of the city, central to everything. Staff helpful and accommodating. Self service coffee station downstairs was a huge plus.

Beyond the hotel’s control, it just so happened that everyone celebrated in front and nearby my hotel Spain’s National Holiday on my last night so I didn’t get much sleep!
